Malama is for those who seek a quiet, private place to relax and rewind. the house is spacious, lovingly built and mantained with a private beach. Kostas and his wife are true, caring hosts who welcomed us warmly even with little delicacies. everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. We would have loved to stay longer and will return when back on Samos for sure!

Staying at the Stone House Guesthouse truly felt like a dream — especially waking up every morning to that stunning sea view. The home itself is full of charm and peace, perfect for soaking in the beauty of Samos. I had a little mishap with the washing machine (completely my fault), and the hosts took care of it immediately, no questions asked. The family and friends nearby are warm, responsive, and always ready to help — you feel genuinely supported throughout your stay. To explore the island’s amazing beaches and hiking trails, you’ll need a car or scooter — and Dimitri has you covered with reliable wheels, just let him know. A fantastic base for a relaxed and immersive island experience. I’d return in a heartbeat!

Nana is a really friendly and helpful host. She welcomed us with cake and tea:) We felt at home. The rooms are also very clean. The next morning, she offered pancakes and omelettes, she is very thoughtful and thoughtful. We stayed for 1 night, but if I come back, I will definitely stay here:) I recommend it to everyone:)

Apartment perfectly corresponding to the description, very nice, clean, very very well equipped (pherhaps one of the most well equipped we found). Host very nice and friendly. Position and view good, walking distance (about 15 min) to the center, parking not so easy but not impossible. All perfect!

Marily is such a lovely person who goes out of her way to make your stay a wonderful one .I loved her gorgeous studio that was very well equipped in every way!Marily has thought of everything you may need .I especially enjoyed the little garden area out the back as it was quite windy a couple of days while I was visiting. Marily’s studio was a lovely place to hang out ,quiet ,sheltered and private .The bed was so comfortable .I would have loved to stay longer!Thanks Marily for everything 😊

nice house, large balcony and nothing was missing. have been going to Greece for 30 years for holidays and if you like peace and quiet in the countryside as well as the sea, this is a very nice location. is really enjoyable.

Ioannis was a considerate host. He responded quickly when I had questions and left a fruit basket and wine to enjoy. The house is small but well organized and comfortable. The bed is comfortable (a bit on the hard side but that is my preference). It is easy to walk everywhere in and around the village. I would return.

Aris' house was just like in the photos, clean and beautiful, it had exactly what we needed and was very close to a supermarket. Aris was very helpful and available to communicate, helped us with information about the city. We'll be back, thank you so much!

You can accommodate up to seven people in the house. Its location is within walking distance to Vathy port and in a quiet area. The view of the house is so beautiful that you almost don't want to leave the house. The house is very clean and well-maintained, and it has multiple balconies. There are many items in the kitchen. Despina was very helpful in everything. She was hospitable. I recommend it.

The apartment was perfect for us. Only a few minutes walk to the ferry and right on the little main street with lots of shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was spotless and had everything we needed, even coffee for a few days :) Stamatia was very welcoming and helpful and even let us keep our bags in the house until the departure of our ferry.

There are more surprises in the room than a great ew.ihtiyac. There are more surprises in the room than you can think of. He is a good ew owner. We would definitely like to visit again.

I would recommend Eva's accommodation. The studio is very well equipped and has a large living room and balcony. "Home"...but on vacation. Sea and mountain views (both!) Eva is attentive to your requests while being discreet. My stay was a real success! Thank you and goodbye.

It was the most amazing vacation I've had in a long time. Right on the waterfront. The airport is very close and it may deter some from choosing the place, but it is not a problem. There are not many flights to and from Samos. Everything was as it should be and I would love to come again, if possible.

We stayed in a very nice and clean house. The view was amazing. We enjoyed our stay very much. There could be some additions in the kitchen. Like extra glasses, cutting board.

His place is great. Everything we needed was available. He had prepared a bed and a high chair for our baby. Helped us a lot.

This place is ideal for a couple to enjoy a peaceful stay walkable distance from restaurants, supermarkets and beaches. It is necessary to rent a car to see the nicest beaches like Potami beach. Effie and George were very friendly and d welcoming with a warm feeling and making us feel at home. We definitely recommend this place!

Very nice experience starting from check-in till the checkout. Very pleasent host always available for questions or even casual chat. Location is i think the best it could be in Kokkari. Walking distance to everything, restaurants, shops, beaches. Parking available right behind the building. The apartment was very clean. The ammenietes are in great condition. We enjoyed our stay in Kokkari. i would definetely recommend this place.

What a amazing stay with our baby! Thank for everything. We find the place easily and flat is very clean. We did not any problems during our stay. If we visit Samos again, we can definitely choose it for stay. Peace with Love.

Corina was a wonderful hostess. She went above and beyond to communicate which is extremely helpful when you are new to the area and country. The place was adorable, clean and had all the amenities listed. It was an easy walk to the main street and marina. I would recommend. Two things, which she cannot change and yet may be a concern, the nextdoor apartment's living room window is ~3 feet from the roof top deck. We were quietly enjoying the evening port view, the conversation disturbed the neighbors (a couple advised us the next day). Also, there is a narrow spiral staircase to access the entire place which may be challenging to navigate with babies, seniors, disabilities and\or if you are large.

The location of the apartment is great. We just walked 5 minutes from the ferry. We didn’t even need to rent a car, it was so central you are in the middle of the city. The sea view is amazing as well. The beaches were 1 minute walk. Overall amazing apartment and host. Sylvia was the best host, she’s very sweet and kind. She even left some drinks and fruit for us in the fridge. I recommend everyone Sylvia’s apartment.

Manolis provided a wonderful apartment & excellent communication. I highly recommend this combo! Parking your vehicle just outside of the port is smart. It’s tight to get your vehicle nearby.

This is a little gem of a place! A little bohemian and relaxing with beautiful views of both sea & mountain. The pool is fabulous but as the lovely beach is a 5 minute walk you are spoiled for choice. The bathroom was the only slight issue, clean & adequate but very small. I will definitely be coming back.

Efcharis was a wonderful n kind host. He was very flexible and accommodating with our check-in n check-out times, which we really appreciated. When we arrived he welcomed us personally. He had thought of everything, from a gift bottle of ouzo to snacks for our son and even drinking water. He also provided us with helpful information about Samos, and brochures were ready on the table. The location of the house is just as described, offering a lively spot with a view of Samos town square, yet it is very quiet and peaceful. Restaurants, bars, bakeries, markets, and everything else you might need are within walking distance.The terrace is delightful n if the weather is cool, having a meal at the kitchen table while watching the sea through the window feels truly special. The Wi-Fi speed in the house was more than sufficient. We stayed during a rainy and cold period, but the house was comfortably heated with the air conditioning, and the hot water worked perfectly. Nice stay with family in the house in Psili Amos. It was nice and quiet near a sandy beach. Katerina helped us very nicely and always immediately! Friendly people in the neighborhood. Very much enjoyed!
