The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

The house is in the middle of the village, close to the sea, swimming area, pizzeria and shop. Tunneberga guest house is across the road. Also close to the new Kattegattsleden, which has been designated as the European Cycle Route of the Year 2018. The Skåneleden hiking trail runs through the village. Close to Kullaberg. The house is 40 square meters and has a private bathroom and sauna. In the room, there is a sleeping alcove with two beds and a sofa that functions as a double bed. Kitchenette also available for cooking. Access to private patio with barbecue grill.

The 90 sqm guest house is a separate part of our house. We live in the rest of the house. The guest house consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds and a large living room, bathroom and small kitchen. Is suitable for families with children, 2 couples on a trip or business travelers, all who want to experience North Zealand's nature, castles, golf and museums, such as the Museum of Modern Art Louisiana and Simons Golf. There is plenty of space inside and out. A double bed can be divided into 2 single beds. We also have a crib

In the beautiful North Zealand with beach and forest nearby, you will find your holiday home on the old farm. Enjoy the romantic farm garden and explore among herbs, geraniums, fruit bushes or under the old trees. Settle into the orangery in the backyard with a cup of coffee while the kids pet the rabbits or feed the chickens. At Öresund

Now you have the chance to relax and enjoy a fantastic location just 25 meters from the beach. You get a stunning 180-degree view of Öresund, Ven and Denmark. Skåneleden passes outside the window and leads to restaurants, swimming, golf course and Landskrona city center. You will stay in a nice newly renovated room with a small kitchen and private bathroom. In the room, there is a comfortable double bed and, if necessary, access to a guest bed for a larger child and a travel bed for a smaller child.

Glem ikke et besøg i Espergærde Havn: smuk udsigt og hyggelige restauranter. Vær opmærksom på at der i huset bor en dejlig kat, Pus, på 10 år. Hun går selv ind og ud af kattelemmen.
