The panoramic windows offer a fantastic view with a sense of space and openness. The cabin is in a newly-built cabin area. There are hiking, biking trails, golf courses and beach life. By car you can reach Norway's famous attraction - Preikestolen, the charming wooden town of Egersund and Stavanger.

Magical place at the lake with a 8000 m2 garden and 120 m beach/shoreline. Perfect for relaxing, boating and fishing. At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.

Benedikte's house on architect-designed Svindland farm

Benedikte House is located about ten minutes drive from Egersund city center and about five minutes from E39. We have tried to recreate the hospitality of Benedikte - the last one who lived in the old house - in this modern and completely newly built farmhouse on the edge of the yard at Svindland farm. Here guests will find peace and quiet. On the farm there are horses, we have two dogs and a cozy peacock couple that walk freely. The house is very modern and well equipped.

This is a quiet residence in a peaceful area. Short distance to swimming area (100 m) and outdoor areas with frisbee golf course (800 m) and many hiking opportunities. Walking distance to Kongeparken, Ålgård city center and Norwegian Outlet. The apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed and double sofa bed in the living room, in addition to a private bathroom. Kitchenette consists of fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and kitchen utensils.

Welcome to our family cabin. You can enjoy the nice view over the Lysefjord, special from the terrace. It is just a few minutes from the see, where you can take a bath. The cabin has a perfect location for a lot of hikings in the area: Preikestolen, Flørli, Kjerag and a lot of other places. It is only a few minutes by car to the Forsand quay, and departures for Flørli and Lysebotn.
