Our appartement is the perfect stay for your holidays in Austria. You live next to nature but also close to the city of Vienna. The light-filled living area with 100m² offers quiet relaxation and all necessary comforts to make your stay a unique holiday. Near our house there are some nice walks along the river Traisen, arround the fishpod or uphill to some unique restaurants in the hilly countryside.

We were in the Wachau for the first time and booked with Oliver and Desiree because of a tip. It was a hit for us. We wanted nature and expansiveness. In addition, we arrived as a group of three and therefore needed a corresponding apartment. Here, the loft was perfect for us. Desiree is an absolutely warm hostess, and was able to help us with all questions. The square courtyard is so large. We had absolute privacy and, in addition to a private entrance, a private parking space. We enjoyed the garden. The kitchen was top. We cooked every day. And we've been on the road a lot with the bikes. We'll be back for sure.

We had a very enjoyable stay! The apartment was lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need. The beds were super comfortable - we slept really well. Parking directly in front of the house was completely uncomplicated. We would like to highlight the nice and smooth contact with Andreas - fast, friendly and helpful. The only minor criticism: The apartment was quite warm – a little cooler would have been ideal. Nevertheless, absolutely recommended - happy to come back.

Very spacious and well-equipped apartment (large living room with desk, good Wi-Fi) in a beautiful quiet environment. If you love the mountains and nature, this is the place to be. I felt very comfortable in this bungalow.
