Two bathrooms including washing machine and the kitchen make the apartment a place to relax for up to 6 guests. From Monday to Saturday, there are fresh baked goods on pre-order. The loft is located in the city center of Helmstedt, about 25 minutes away from the VW factory in Wolfsburg. If you're looking for a stressful day of relaxation, this is the place to be! You can end the end of the day here relaxed on the sofa, in the tub or with a sauna session. Entertainment offers the fully equipped cinema with PS5 and TV channels. The fully equipped kitchen offers many possibilities. Parking space in the underground parking (1.7 m) Pets one time an additional €25.

Cozy 2-room apartment on the Lappwald

The apartment is 60 m², has a living room and one bedroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed and on request a folding bed or a bed for small children. The toilet and shower are separated. The kitchen has a fridge and freezer, stove as well as microwave and washing machine and is otherwise equipped with everything you could possibly need. The house is located near the forest. The city center can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. There is a supermarket nearby. A terrace is available.

If Austria is too far for a short recharge of nature, tranquility and a log cabin atmosphere, our (fully fenced) Klein Elmau is waiting for you. A log cabin in the middle of the Elm nature reserve without street noise, but with a lot of forest, tranquility and romance. After a walk in the woods, you can snuggle up and warm up by the fireplace, in the bathtub or in the cozy wingback chair on the glass-roofed terrace, from which you have a panoramic view of the Elm.

Angeboten wird ein stilvoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit separatem Eingang und maximaler Privatsphäre. Weiterhin kann die Sauna gegen Aufpreis (15€ p.P und Tag )genutzt werden. Die Bezahlung erfolgt vor Ort. Haustiere sind bei uns gerne gesehen. Für die Endreinigung fallen 25€ an. Die Lage ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Der Harz und Städte wie Wernigerode, Goslar, Halberstadt, Blankenburg etc. sind in 30-45 Autominuten erreichbar.
