Our apartment in the village of Schwarz (Calbe/Saale) is part of an old four-sided courtyard in family ownership. Schwarz is just a stone's throw from the Saale Cycle Path and a few kilometers from the Elbe Cycle Path. If you close the courtyard gate, you leave everyday life behind in the courtyard under grapevines. Or you can start from here to the highlights of the region: Dessau, Quedlinburg, Harz, Magdeburg – but maybe just the next lake. Perfect for cyclists, families or to write your book in peace.

30 sqm studio with private terrace, barbecue and views of the large, shady garden. Due to the location in the annex of the main house (first floor), it is very quiet. A crib and highchair are provided. The apartment is close to the city center and the train station (each 500 m). City park with playground and indoor swimming pool are about 200 meters away. Free parking is available about 150 meters away. Bicycles can be safely parked in the courtyard.

In the center of the living area there is a beautiful fireplace with a side reading corner and a cozy sofa overlooking the flickering fireplace. In the courtyard of our Art Nouveau townhouse, we have prepared this small accommodation for you. Through the large gate entrance of the main house you will reach the courtyard with a cottage that is only used by you. There is also a very small bathroom and a small cooking facility with a fridge at your disposal. The terrace can be used in summer, for example, for breakfast in the sun.

This vacation home is intended for families with many children. Two bedrooms, with a double bed downstairs and another double bed with two pull-out beds in one room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, oven and dishwasher. Opposite is a children's playground. The apartment is located directly on the Elbe Cycle Path and next to the biosphere reserve.

The New Port house with its three bedrooms and large living room offers enough space for 6 people. Two independently usable, fully equipped bathrooms allow a lot of privacy. The absolute highlight of this house is the 25 m², individually usable roof terrace. From here you have a perfect view of the entire area, as well as a great view of the Goitzsche.

In the middle of a farm with picturesque charm, your will find enough space and peace in a large, loft-like studio to switch off undisturbed and relaxed, make new plans or meet friends. From here you can visit the sights of the nearby Wettiner Land, swim in the Seekreis, or discover the magic of the terminal moraine on the great hiking trails.
