Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Konohana Ward

Le logement est très beau, bien placé et conforme aux photos. La présence du lisseur à cheveux était une bonne surprise :) Mise à part le mail qui demande d'évaluer le logement à 5 étoiles (ce que j'aurais fait de toute façon mais que je trouve agressif commercialement parlant), tout était parfait Je recommande !

Emi’s place is well kept, had most of the essential amenities and is in a peaceful neighbourhood that feels safe and convenient. The location is the highlight, it’s close to Dohtonbori by car but not in the middle of the action. Check in was easy and Emi was very accommodating and ready to answer any questions we had. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

일본 여행을 처음왔는데, 매우 만족스러운 여행이 되었습니다. 숙소는 흠잡을 곳이 없을정도로 남자친구와 둘이 지내기에는 충분했고, 완벽한 것중에도 약~간 불편했던 점을 뽑자면 엘레베이터가 생각보다 많이 좁다..였지만 리뷰를 보고 이미 알고갔기 때문에 괜찮았습니다! 추가로 일정 도중에 어딜 긁힌건지 날카로운 것 때문에 다친걸 숙소에 와서야 확인했는데 응급키트도 있어서 다행히 적절히 처치할 수 있었습니다! 이런 점 하나하나에서 호스트분이 되게 세심하다고 느꼈습니당! 콘센트도 부족하거나 위치가 안좋으면 어쩌지 생각했지만 침대 머리 위에도 각 콘센트가 있어서 휴대폰 충전하는데에는 무리가 없었습니다! 다시 오사카 여행을 오게된다면 또 이용하고싶습니다~!!

1.房屋管理员先生热情有礼貌，会提前两天联系我们来确认入住情况，而且还会来车站接我们到房屋所在地去。 2.地理位置优越，距离机场快线非常近，步行五分钟内。周边地铁线路丰富，不论去哪里都有地铁可以从房屋门口直达，步行五分钟内有一家很大的堂吉柯德，还有很多小餐厅和便利店，距离通天塔10分钟的步行距离。 3.房间面积足够大，和描述的一样，厨房干净卫生，卫生间也同样干净，床垫很软很舒适。 丰富，

I would definitely stay here again on my next trip. My wife was very happy with the location, where there are so much to shop especially if you are looking for local products. The washing machine is fantastic, comes with a drying function which is most helpful. The 2 separate rooms with doors provide privacy as well. The living room is also a great place to gather for bonding. I like the cozy small place at the back where I can quietly do some work on my own. Everything is well thought of and even umbrellas are available to use. Well done. I am impressed. 😊

这套房源距离难波一站，千日线樱川站4号出口步行几分钟即可抵达。马路对面有一家罗森便利店。周围有一家生鲜超市(性价比很高)，还有一家药妆店，品类齐全。都是当地居民平时经常去的。 房源对于我们一家三口来说是相当宽敞的，7楼是客厅，厨房，卫浴室。转角楼梯上去是6个床铺，整体整洁度还不错。厨房用品齐全，装修简单。楼上楼下两个大晒台晾晒衣服非常好。我们居住的很开心。 小建议:细节卫生可在打扫时更加强一些，比如床铺上方一排木架子上的灰尘，浴室排风扇的灰尘，拖排油烟机的清洗(吸油烟能力比较弱) 不在闹市区，可以享受那份宁静，靠近地铁线，出行也无比方便。

The host was very proactive and helped us by pickup our luggage and dropping it on respective floors as per our requirement as the lift was not working. The shower area/washrooms were very clean and had goof quality toiletries. The kitchen was untouched and very well equipped. The cutlery was just perfect, there were all sorts of pans and other equipment required to cook our meals, they even got us new extra induction for our requirement. Good and very helpful staff. Really felt like home. Just faced two difficulties one being no working lift and second the washrooms weren’t inside the rooms. Rest 5star service! Highly recommend 🥳

편안히 잘 쉬었습니다. 대체로 깨끗했고 내부가 춥지도 덥지도 않고 딱 좋았어요. 그리고 피드백이 빠르고 숙소 도착전까지도 자세하게 설명을 해주셨습니다. 아쉬운 점은 문을 열고 닫을때 잘 안되서 불편했지만 하다보니 익숙해졌고 침실 에어컨은 청소가 필요할것 같습니다! 주유패스를 이용했는데 주유패스권으로 데라다초역에서는 이용이 불가해 저희동선으론 조금 불편했습니다. 환승을 해야해서요. 그 외엔 편의점도 가깝고 역도 가깝고 주변에먹을만한곳도 많았습니다! 동네가 조용하고 산책하며 걷기 좋았어요!

This was an excellent home to stay in for our family of 5. Close to both stations which was very helpful! 7-11 was right around the corner, which was important for coffee and snacks. House was beautifully maintained and pristine! Very modern and larger for Japanese standard homes. Perfect for families! Hot shower with great water pressure! Comfy beds. Would highly recommend!

the cleaning lady needs to do a better job! the bathroom on the 2nd floor is smelly at the time when we checked in.

Before arriving I had a few questions and it was extremely easy to chat with the host. They offered answers to every question within minutes! This was a great place to stay and central to all the attractions we wanted to see. It was a 25 minute uber to Universal Studios and a 15 minute uber to Dotonbori. It was about a 3 minute wait to get an uber at the house. The house is 3 stories with very narrow stairs, so be cautious. The towels are very small, but super absorbent. There is a Nespresso machine with pods that are available to purchase. The beds and bedding is what made this the best place I have ever stayed at! They were soft and cloud like. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you J.P. Nest for a great stay and good communication!!

Fabulous option for families looking to explore Osaka. The expo is easy to reach via Nishikujo/Bentencho, as is USJ and central Osaka. The loft play area and projector made it especially nice for the kids. The house is spotlessly clean with plenty of space. It’s also accessible by road which was helpful for us when we rented a car. Lovely place that’s highly recommended!

The house is exactly like the pictures with plenty of contents. If we did not have to travel around Osaka, we would've wanted to stay all day in the house, and we will still have the best time. The exceptional bar with jazz sound system was impressive, and the theme in each room offered unique experience every day during out stay. The host communicated well with us with unwavering hospitality. We greatly appreciate Aoki family for making our trip in Japan much flourishing.
