You can fish in the pond or fish in the summer. You can take a dip in the lovely steam of the wood sauna. Relax in the peace of nature. Nearby there are, for example, Kontiolahti ski slopes and trails, a biathlon stadium, Paihola's disc golf course, a summer cafe (about 6 km), Pielisjoki and Joensuu (21km) and Kolin National Park (about 54km) services and activities!

Villa Myyry is a cozy and well-equipped villa on the shores of Pielisjoki in the village of Paihola, Kontiolahti. The villa has 77 m downstairs and a large loft. The location is in a quiet rural environment.  The driveway is right up to the door and there is plenty of parking space in the yard. Allergy-friendly, pets are prohibited. You can access the cycling trail directly from the yard or go snowshoeing on the ice of Pielisjoki. The ski resort Kontiolahti Biathlon is about 10 km away. The landlord lives next door.

Welcome to a neat, well-maintained studio! You'll have the entire apartment (37 m²) to yourself. Free parking with a heating pole in the yard, which is rare for a car in this area. In the apartment, you can enjoy a sauna and a spacious balcony. The property has a well-equipped kitchen. You can quickly reach the city center via the Ylisoutaja bridge, for example, by using the bicycles included in the rent. The apartment has an air heat pump, so the nights are cool even in the summer. Partying is prohibited.

Cozy guesthouse and sauna in a wild tree sport park. The area has about 250 different varieties of woody trees and shrubs on two acres. The tree was planted in 1970 and forms its own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is partly still in a natural state and the area is undergoing renovation. This location offers a peaceful environment for the fried of nature, but also lot of possibilities for different activities direct with a few steps from the house. The is only 100 meters to the beach. In front of the house are passing the nature and mountain bike –tracks witch turn in the winter as a cross country ski trail.

A 100-year-old log cabin with amenities in the yard of the main house. For multi-night guests during the heating season, in addition to electricity, furnace heating. Trees ready, guidance or heating if needed. Good road connections. About 10 minutes to Outokumpu and 30 minutes to Joensuu. Koli about an hour and Valamo Monastery about 30 minutes by car. There's also a dog cage outside with a small coop.
