Barbecue (common) area with another terrace is provided too. Close to the beach, offering private parking spot, fully equipped, nicely furnished.

The double bed 1.80 x 200 cm which is covered with a bed canopy is for special dreams and has high-quality mattresses. In the room there is also a kitchenette with everything you need for everyday life. The bathroom has a walk-in, toilet. Right next to it is a beautiful terrace with gazebo for sun protection and the view of the pool that is for shared use.

It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.
