The house is 140 square meters and is located in the quiet village of Kolby on the southern part of Samsø. It consists of a country kitchen, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms (only one with a bathtub), and 3 bedrooms with double beds or 2 single beds, as well as a small room with a bunk bed. The bunk bed should only be used by persons no taller than 170 cm. In total, there are 8 sleeping places. There is also a weekend bed including a duvet for children from 0-2 years of age. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, which can be used as needed. Feel free to enjoy our large garden of 15,500 m² with many cozy nooks and a fireplace. We have 15 hens and a rooster that contribute to the rural atmosphere. The house is on one level and has a large, bright living room and a country kitchen. We live in a former cottage on the property.

(Will follow in English) Fantastic charming cottage, in an excellent location! The feeling of standing on the deck of a ship when the sea and beautiful beach are 4 meters down from the house. There are stairs down to the beach. Beautiful 180 degrees view of Storebælt, both from inside the house and from the terrace. The terrace is south-facing so there is sun all day :-) It is 26 meters wide and forms the heart of our beautiful summer house. You can see both the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the house.
