Holiday rentals with beach access in Kos

Ein wunderbares Domizil mit herrlichem Blick über Kalymnos und rüber zu Telendos. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und falls nicht, dann ist Dimitris sehr gut zu erreichen und kümmert sich schnell. Es ist zu unserer Zeit hier herrlich ruhig gewesen, aber der Berg ist besser mit Auto oder Roller zu erklimmen als zu Fuß. Aber oben wartet ja der eigene kleine Pool zur Abkühlung. Wir würden gern wieder kommen und für den herrlichem Ausblick selbst vom Bett würden wir das jedem anderen empfehlen. Bei der Ankunft war sogar der Kühlschrank mit Kleinigkeiten gefüllt, sodass man nicht sofort losmusste! Vielen lieben Dank dafür!♡ Auch das alle 4 Tage die Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt wurden war prima! Ein schöner Urlaub war es bei Dimitris! Ein toller Urlaub bei Dimitris!

A pleasure to deal with. Eager to help including fitting a mattress topper as we found bed fairly firm ( personal taste!) Allowed us to stay on until we left for our late flight. A gentleman who always responded very quickly. Highly recommend.

One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had. Perched atop the headland, you have 360 degree views of the beach and mountains. It’s the sort of place I stare up at from the ground and always thought how lucky those people must be to stay there. Here’s your opportunity! Charitomeni was also incredibly kind and accommodating. If you’re on the fence, book it!

Ich hatte eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Balkon – die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend. Jeden Abend konnte ich dort den Sonnenuntergang genießen, was wirklich ein Highlight meines Aufenthalts war. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden – von Kochutensilien bis hin zur Waschmaschine, was gerade für längere Aufenthalte super praktisch ist. Alles war sauber, gemütlich und gut durchdacht eingerichtet. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

This was by far the most luxurious and modern Airbnb we have experienced. Maria was gracious, friendly, and attentive. The unit was exceptionally clean and well kept. A few maintenance items were noted. The beds were firm but comfy. The private spa was a wonderful bonus. Our family members stayed nearby in hotels but were envious of our choice. Whoever designed it thought of everything. I will dream about our stay for years to come.

Mycket trevligt och vackert boende, litet men väldigt fint med underbar och rogivande utsikt över havet, båtarna och Kalymnos. Sol på balkongen från morgon till cirka 16:30 nu i oktober. Byte av handdukar ofta. Frukost med bröd, smör, yoghurt, marmelad, ost, skinka, juice och banan fanns i kylskåpet varje dag. Mycket snälla och vänliga värdar. Vi vill gärna återvända, både till fina Afrodite och till lilla Telendos med sina mysiga restauranger.

Le logement proposé par Kalliopi est absolument superbe. Face a la mer, disposant d’une belle grande terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur Telendos. Le logement est très bien placé, juste à côté d’un petit market. Kalliopi a été adorable avec nous tant à notre arrivée qu’à notre départ. Il y a de délicieux restaurants à proximité, de belles plages, des randonnées et évidemment des beaux secteurs d’escalade. Le logement est conforme à la description. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir la compagnie de deux chats absolument adorables (un blanc petit et un roux) pendant le séjour auxquels nous nous sommes fortement attachés, j’espère que vous aurez l’occasion de faire leur connaissance également. Nous reviendrons les yeux fermés. Merci Kalliopi.

Lugar tranquilo e íntimo en esta época del año (Semana Santa). Cabaña pequeña y acogedora, cuenta con lo mínimo e imprescindible. En plena playa, el sonido de las olas y los atardeceres increíbles compensa indudablemente la simpleza de la casa. El anfitrión, Giorgios, muy atento y amable en todo momento. Nos ha ayudado mucho con las gestiones de logística. Para nosotros ha sido la estancia ideal, volveremos sin duda!

Mükemmel ev, mükemmel ev sahibi, mükemmel konum. Harika bir deneyim. Kendi evinde hissi, huzuru, kocaman bahçesinde oluşturulan farklı alanların her birisinde sanki bir lüks otel suit deneyimi konforumdaydı. Ev sahibi mükemmel sıcak bir karşılama ve ayrılırken inanılmaz esnek saat imkanı ile bizim için başlangıç ve sonun en güzel şekilde olmasını sağladı. Sadece ev değil çevredeki etkenler ilede inanılmaz uyum ve güzellik içerisinde. Haftaiçi tatil yapacak olursanız hemen yanındaki okul belki sizi rahatsız edebilir ama benim için görünmez bir ses duvarı vardı. Evin kendi büyüsü tüm bu sesi bastırmaya yeterli. Sorun edeceğiniz bir ses değil. Kos’ta 2. bir tatil planım olsa yine aynı evi tercih ederim.

wir hatten ein paar wunderschöne Tage dort. die Wohnung ist wunderbar gelegen und es war ideal mit zu nserem Kleinkind, da man direkt zum Strand gehen kann ohne eine Straße überqueren zu müssen. Der Ausblick ist herrlich und die Räumlichkeiten großzügig. Dionysia ist eine großartige Gastgeberin und hat uns mit Gastgeschenken überhäuft. Unser Kind war überglücklich. vielen Dank nochmals für die schönen Tage.

Die Unterkunft ist hervorragend ausgestattet und bietet einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf den kleinen Hafen von Kamari. Giannis war jederzeit gut erreichbar, hat schnell geantwortet und uns bereits drei Tage vor der Anreise alle wichtigen Informationen zukommen lassen. Ein kleiner Punkt, der uns etwas überrascht hat: Einer der Hauptgründe, warum wir diese Unterkunft gebucht haben, war der Eindruck auf den Fotos, dass sie völlig allein auf dem Hügel liegt. Tatsächlich ist jedoch direkt daneben (auf gleicher Höhe) ein weiteres Apartment angebaut. Dadurch kann man sich gegenseitig gut sehen und auch hören, wenn man auf dem Balkon sitzt, da die Entfernung recht gering ist. Trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

I would recommend staying at this apartment for the ample rooms and terrace, easy parking, inside town but away from busy streets, the neighborhood is authentic and quiet. Eirini was very helpful and the property was very clean, friendly cats around which is always a plus ❣️

Wir haben zu dritt die Zeit in Kos sehr genossen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, Strände, Restaurants etc alles zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, wir haben die vielen Restaurants genutzt, doch es war schön sich morgens mit ein wenig Obst und einem Kaffee in den Hof zu setzen. Dort konnte man auch die Handtücher sehr gut trocknen. Vielen lieben Dank an Eirini, die uns bei Fragen immer weiterhelfen konnte ♥️ die Menschen sind sehr herzlich und lebensfroh, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

This two bedroom, ground floor apartment is ideally located on a quiet, residential street, a short five to ten minute walk from the many shops and restaurants at the main Port. The area is safe with a green grocer, small supermarket, bakery and butcher, a block away. The off-street parking is a plus if you have a car. The modestly furnished apartment has a backyard that is shared with the building next store but can provide refuge from the hustle and bustle of the tourist season. A adequately outfitted kitchen makes meal prep possible. Check-in, check-out was flawless. The host was available to answer any questions that we had. Definitely a good place to stay if you want to be near the Port of Kos, yet desire a more serene environment.

This is the second time our family has stayed at Eleonora’s place. We love the location, which is in the central part of Massouri with easy access to the shops and restaurants but elevated enough from the main street that it is quiet and peaceful. The layout of the home is nice, with plenty of room in the kitchen and living room. The kitchen has all the things you need for cooking. The beds are firm, which is pretty standard in Kalymnos. The outside veranda is spacious, wonderful to drink your coffee and eat meals. The views of the sea are lovely. We hope to stay here again in the future.

The accommodation was exactly as described and as in the photos - everything was clean, tidy and well equipped. The location is really great: it's less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, and there are bakeries and small supermarkets nearby. Particularly practical for families: there is a kind of playground directly opposite the accommodation, so the children could play right outside the door and within sight. Host Michael was super polite, very accommodating and always helpful. You feel like you are in good hands. I can really recommend this great accommodation to everyone!

Na het lezen van de fantastische reviews hadden we hoge verwachtingen en het was zelfs nog beter! We beleefden een fantastisch tijd van aankomst tot vertrek. Vasilis en Manolis ontvingen ons persoonlijk, hartelijk met een rondleiding door het mooie verblijf, een koelkast met lekkers verzorgd door Nia. Er lag zelfs een welkomsgeschenk, zo attent! Het verblijf netjes, knus en alles was voorzien voor een aangenaam verblijf. We sliepen er heerlijk! Stil, airco en de matras was top! Het gezellig terras was perfect om maaltijden te nuttigen. Met sfeerverlichting s’avonds. Maar wat deze plek echt heel bijzonder maakte was de warmte en vriendelijkheid van de familie. Voor de verjaardag van mijn man hadden ze zelfs een verrassing. Ze waren altijd beschikbaar maar gaven ons ook ruimte. De perfecte plek voor wie op zoek is naar rust, griekse gastvrijheid een warm thuis gevoel, goede ligging tussen de locals. Vasilis, Manolis en Nia zitten in ons hart. Tot snel en oprecht bedankt voor alles 🙏🏻 🫶.

Gregory is really a super host as he really went the extra mile for our stay and we really appreciate this, as it helped us a lot in our plans. I would start with the mention that we had to do remote work and the internet connection is good, both wifi and cable. Gregory even went ahead and got us an internet cable to make sure that we could have the best possible connection. The checkin and checkout is really easy and intuitive and the instructions together with the really good recommendations are really helpful. The apartment is modern, fully equipped as we did not miss a single thing. Really really clean, worthy of its name "White Box". It is in walkable distance to everything in Kos town and the area is really nice and quiet. Over the street you have a really good coffe shop with the best coffee we had in Greece ever (Royal Cafe). In conclusion I would definitely stay here again when coming to Kos.

Wat een heerlijk appartement en zo leuk ingericht! Het appartement ligt iets buiten het centrum, dus rustig gelegen maar je bent zo bij de supermarkt (3 minuten lopen), restaurants (1 minuut lopen) en het strand (2 minuten lopen). Onze gastheer had voor ons wat basisboodschappen klaar staan, hetgeen heel fijn was vanwege onze late aankomst. Het appartement heeft overal horren, dus geen insecten in huis. Behalve een wasmachine en droogrek, is er ook een afwasmachine en airco (die per kamer te bedienen is). De bedden zijn fijn en in de middag kan je lekker voor het huis in de schaduw zitten. Ioannis is een heel goede gastheer, die snel reageert en te hulp schiet, indien dit nodig is. Als je naar Kos gaat, kies dan voor dit appartement!

This place exceeded our expectations. The apartment had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, it was clean & the kitchen was well stocked. The location - next to beach with incredible views of the sea & Telendos Island. Had stairs next to it that went right down to the sand. Everything is walking distance - restaurants, supermarkets, gift shops, climbing supplies, scooter rentals. Vasilia, the host, is extremely helpful & responsive.

Excellent accueil de notre hôte. Le logement est très bien situé, agréable, bien ensoleillé avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Nous y avons passé un séjour tranquille, reposant et bien agréable. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

We had a great stay at the beautiful apartment. Our 2 kids enjoyed the space and the beach and everything else we need being so close. The view is definitely amazing and you really hear nothing but the waves. Can only recommend to stay here!
