Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Ein idealer Rückzugsort für Familien, die Ruhe, Natur und Meeresluft genießen möchten. Die Wohnung bietet optimal Platz für 4 Personen; zusätzlich gibt es ein Gäste- & ein Kinderreisebett. Der direkte Zugang zum Garten & die sonnige Terrasse laden zum Verweilen ein – besonders im Sommer ein Highlight.

Es ist ein ca. 115 m² großes Ferienhaus mit großer Sonnenterrasse für bis zu sechs Erwachsenen + 1 Kind. Zu jeder Jahreszeit bietet es alles, was man zum Erholen und zur Entspannung braucht. Verfügbar sind zwei Doppelschlafzimmer und ein großes Familienschlafzimmer. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine geräumige Sauna. Der Kaminofen sorgt für romantische Gemütlichkeit.

The apartment Madeleine is located in close proximity to the sea in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort Koserow. A short walk through the town with its cafes, restaurants and shops takes you directly to the wide, white sandy beach with the beautiful pier. From there you have wonderful hiking routes along the steep coast, bike paths for day trips and the famous salt huts. The apartment is 65 m² in size, fully equipped, with a balcony for breakfast, sunbathing and relaxation.

Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt nur 200m vom Strand entfernt im ruhigen Familienbad Koserow auf Usedom. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem gepflegten Altbau aus der Zeit der Kaiserbäder und besticht durch ihren besonderen Charme. Da wir selber Kinder haben und das Wetter an der Ostsee auch mal verregnet sein kann, haben wir unsere Wohnung mit diversen Gesellschaftsspielen, Kinderbüchern und Spielsachen sowie einer kleinen Ferienbibliothek für die Eltern ausgestattet.

Haus Ilsenburg is a simple but comfortable holiday cottage close to the beach at Koserow on Usedom. It's ideal for relaxed family holidays, quiet couple time or activity holidays. Haus Ilsenburg has 3 double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a generous dining and living area with wood burning stove. Outside there is a woodland garden with a covered outside terrace . The beautiful Steilküste and it's long sandy beaches is 15 minutes walk away, along quiet wooded trails.

Sunny, quiet apartment 5 min to the beach and center

Best location in Zinnowitz on the Glienberg. Our ocean steamer apartment is located directly on the impressive beech forest through which a short path leads to the beach. Apartment with distant views, to the south and west, quietly located, away from the hustle and bustle, yet in 5 minutes walking distance to the center and the beach! Private parking right outside the front door! There is a sauna in the house. I will answer booking inquiries immediately.

The holiday apartment Meereskind Usedom in Kölpinsee is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The 67 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, a fan as well as children's books and toys. A high chair is also available.

The Usedom bike hiking trail is a minute away and is complemented by the nature reserve around the Streckelsberg!

We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxing evenings. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.
