Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

This is a beautiful, 175qm large luxury holiday house-built in 2016 on a 900 sqm large, fenced plot. It's located on WOLIN island (Western Polish Baltic coast),10km east from Miedzyzdroje. You can find here an absolute tranquility.The house is located 50m from Wolin National Park (a great forest) and 1,2km through this forest to the beach. Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt nur 200m vom Strand entfernt im ruhigen Familienbad Koserow auf Usedom. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem gepflegten Altbau aus der Zeit der Kaiserbäder und besticht durch ihren besonderen Charme. Da wir selber Kinder haben und das Wetter an der Ostsee auch mal verregnet sein kann, haben wir unsere Wohnung mit diversen Gesellschaftsspielen, Kinderbüchern und Spielsachen sowie einer kleinen Ferienbibliothek für die Eltern ausgestattet.

Haus Ilsenburg is a simple but comfortable holiday cottage close to the beach at Koserow on Usedom. It's ideal for relaxed family holidays, quiet couple time or activity holidays. Haus Ilsenburg has 3 double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a generous dining and living area with wood burning stove. Outside there is a woodland garden with a covered outside terrace . The beautiful Steilküste and it's long sandy beaches is 15 minutes walk away, along quiet wooded trails.

Dieses gemütliche Apartment für bis zu 3 Personen (inkl. Baby/Kind) heißt Sie herzlich willkommen! Auf Sie wartet ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer mit komfortablem Doppelbett und ein großer Wohn- und Kochbereich, der mit TV, Kamin und großem Esstisch keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Küche ist für alle Bedürfnisse ausgestattet: Backofen, Ceran-Kochfeld, Geschirrspüler und Kühl-Gefrierkombination. Das große Bad ist mit einer Badewanne, einer Dusche und einer Sauna ausgestattet.

Unser Ferienbungalow befindet sich in ruhiger Lage im Bernsteinbad Koserow. Er verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, einem Wohnzimmer mit Tv, einer Küche, unter anderem mit Spülmaschine Herd mit Backofen und Kühlschrank. Es gibt einen Essbereich und ein Bad mit Dusche. Im Garten befindet sich eine Terrasse Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Bungalow. Die Endreinigung erfolgt über einen Dienstleister , Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind nicht enthalten.

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered apartment in the semi-detached house consists of the entrance hall on the first floor, the upper floor and attic and has a living area of 80 m². On the ground floor is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer. In the other half of the semi-detached house there is another apartment (Kielhus).

The apartment is centrally located in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Koserow. All shops, cafes, restaurants, the new pier and the beach (about 600 m) are within walking distance. The combined living & kitchen area invites you to linger with a view of the countryside. Parking is available right at the property. The Usedom bike hiking trail is a minute away and is complemented by the nature reserve around the Streckelsberg!

Welcome to the tranquil village of Wietstock. The vacation home is located in an elaborately renovated brick house on our spacious courtyard with old trees. It has a separate entrance, a private garden and a nice seating area behind the house. Lovingly furnished, it is ideal for relaxing and unwinding or working in any season. Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.
