It is a unique wood-paneled architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and modern interior design that leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel good.

You live all alone with your loved ones in the spacious house on the large property directly on the Peene river. The house is high quality and modern furnishings. The rooms are cozy and individual. Our regular guests have been coming to us for years in all possible constellations - especially in the spring and summer, where the garden with numerous seating options opens up further possibilities. Of which, dogs are also allowed in 1 apartment.

A large garden with terrace, garden furniture, beach chair, parasol and sun loungers invites you to linger.

From the villa it is only a few meters to Wilhelmstraße, the Baltic Sea and Lake Sellin.
