24square m. apt. located a 15-minute walk from cuty Center,200m from bus station, 1km from Žabica intercity bus station, 2 km from railway and 1 km from fairy. Studio is located on the 2nd floor and has elevator, and stairway. The building is safe and under video surveillance and it has lot of free parking space (not reserved one). Ovaj moderni smještaj savršen je odabir za obitelj kao i za one koji putuju u grupama, a smješten je u Kostreni, između Opatije i Crikvenice, u neposrednoj blizini grada Rijeke. U blizini se nalazi duga šetnica koja se proteže na 3 km uz more te ima više vrsta plaža kao šta su velike šljunčane, male intimne u uvalama, betonske i posebne plaže za pse. Kostrena je mirno mjesto bez puno buke i gradske gužve, a ako opet morate do grada Rijeke tamo ste za manje od 10 minuta s autom. Dobrodošli!

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

This is an elegant two-bedroom apartment, in a 150-year-old house, that has always belonged to my family. The house is in a quiet area, it's fully refurbished, with all modern amenities(air-conditioning, dish-washer, washing machine, wi-fi) furnished in the traditional style. The front door leads to the garden, which itself is over a hundred years old and it looks very special. Free parking places are nearby. National parks, shopping centers, beaches are reachable in a short car/bus ride.

Kakov is a superb host (co-host), professional and kind in communication. The apartment is exactly as described on the Airbnb platform. It was perfectly prepared for the new guest: clean and equipped with everything listed in the description. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the beach, in a quiet area, with a magnificent view of Kvarner. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with super-fast internet, which is great in a case you need to handle something work-related. We were notified immediately about the check-in. Everything worked great. We were very warmly welcomed and everything was explained to us. We felt at home in the great apartment and the place with its bays and fish restaurants, the pizzeria and the sunsets from the terrace at Monika's were beautiful. We will come back and wish Monika all the best for the future.
