2 Luxury bed and breakfast in the city center

I have a duplex apartment. Access to the second floor is from the first floor, where my mother currently lives. The kitchen is shared but everything else is not. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. There is a toilet/bathroom, a living room and a balcony. The master bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. You can use the kitchen if necessary and also the washing machine.
