The owners of the house occupy the ground floor (basement). The second floor has 4 rooms with all a own bathroom and has a big living room. The balcony has a nice place to sit and relax and enjoying the wonderful view of Goght and National park Khosrov. The garden has a swimming pool and fruit trees. 2 Luxury bed and breakfast in the city center

I have a duplex apartment. Access to the second floor is from the first floor, where my mother currently lives. The kitchen is shared but everything else is not. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. There is a toilet/bathroom, a living room and a balcony. The master bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. You can use the kitchen if necessary and also the washing machine.
