We had a wonderful time in Yerevan thanks to the wonderful host Nikola! Nikol was an incredibly friendly and helpful person with whom all issues were resolved easily and quickly. The cabin was cozy, located in a quiet area with a lovely garden where we could enjoy our stay. Special thanks to Uncle Suren for fresh wildflowers and delicious cherries. This welcoming gesture made our stay even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to stay in Yerevan!

Apartment on the suburb of Yerevan in a family house in a quiet quarter, upstairs, large space, separate entrance, terrace, well furnished. On the ground floor lives the host with his family. Friendly, nice people. The host is also a tourist guide, which is very helpful, he helps to design the program and eventually provides a transport with his car by request.

We had a great stay in Nurnus! Before the trip, I called Armen to ask if we should bring firewood for the grill — he said no worries, there’s already plenty at the house. He also told us that the pool will be perfect for swimming once the water warms up. When we arrived in the village, Armen met us and guided us to the house. He showed us around, explained everything, and later even called to check if everything was good — very kind and attentive! The place itself is beautiful — amazing views, gorgeous sunsets, very cozy and comfortable. The heating was on, so it was warm at night, hot water was always available, and the linens were clean and fresh. We really enjoyed our time here and would love to come back!

Our stay at Arshak’s place was fantastic! The house was beautiful and impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed and good view. The home was cozy and Arshak was always available to answer our questions. We can’t wait to come back!

Comfortable and clean house.

Me my family in total 12 people, had absolutely relaxing and comfortable stay and all amenities were provided. The host brother was in constant contact to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property.

It was good in general, it had all the cutlery and the necessities. The host was nice and very cooperative. The yard was big and good looking and we were comfortable.

This is a wonderful place! I wish I could live here. The swimming pool and gym are open every day (except Thursday for cleaning), and every Tuesday and Friday we can go to the Sauna or Hammam. We loved it so much that our 1-week stay became a 3-week stay! The location is great. The flat itself is very good, it contains everything you need, and it feels good to live in. There is a great view over Yerevan, the parliament and Ararat. I really want to come back here when we return to Yerevan!

We had a wonderful stay! Our host was incredibly kind and welcoming! he even surprised us with a delicious homemade dessert, which was such a thoughtful gesture. He also kindly let us drop off our bags before check-in, which made our day so much easier. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. An amazing apartment - fantastic central location, but with a lovely leafy quiet balcony at the back of the apartment. It is so well equipped, spacious, clean and very comfortable. I can't recommend it highly enough - a great find! Host was very responsive and helpful.

This was my favorite stay in Armenia, I only wish we were able to stay longer! The hosts are super kind and the space is so serene and peaceful. Take your time getting down the driveway as the road is unpaved, but the destination is worth it! One day I will definitely come back to this very special destination ✨💕

Lovely appartment in a vibrant neighbourhood.

The apartment is actually even prettier than on pictures, with every corner aesthetic and comfortable. Besides it has everything you need during a trip , better than in a 5* hotel. The building is secure and can be accessed only by inhabitants. The supermarket is right next to it, which makes it very comfortable. Taxi is very cheap in Armenia, you can get to the center in 10 minutes for just $2-3. The host is incredibly caring and made sure my stay was maximally pleasant and comfortable

This is a very comfortable accommodation, which provides everything to the smallest detail. Care and love are visible in every detail and element of the interior, the soul is invested in everything, the desire to provide comfort to the guest and make his journey smooth and trouble-free is felt. The location is the best you can imagine, very convenient to everything. Daria is a very attentive and caring hostess. I don't even know if I can wish for more. Daria will be in touch with you on any issue, she will literally hold your hand. I would like to wish this house prosperity and the best, most careful and neat guests.
