Great stay with family, very comfortable home. Very nice and responsive host. I would highly recommend it.

The place was very good, cozy and big with a nice yard, but more importantly Gevorg is a very helpful and friendly host and a very nice and kind guy who does his best for the guests. Always trying to make the guest feel at home and responsive all the time. The villa is very good for the price and especially for about 12-14 people though it can use some improvements with the furniture, but overall a very nice and homely place which is totally worth the price for a big group. A good supermarket is very close and also good neighbors. It was our first visit to Armenia and we loved it. The city and the people are amazing and Gevorg is definitely a fantastic guy. We are already thinking of going back there.

Cozy, Pinterest style house in 20-25 minutes from center. Big, highly equipped kitchen with warm lights. Lovely garden outside with cherry trees. Comfortable bed. Lots of space in living room. Fast internet, couple workspaces – perfect for remote work. Very hospitable hostess. Definitely recommend this house!

A magnificent house in a secluded beautiful place. The fireplace room is a real gem, stylish, comfortable and full of interesting details. Comfortable bedrooms, kitchen and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, from a wonderful set of barbecue accessories to sports equipment for outdoor activities. Beautiful nature around, peace and quiet, majestic mountains, mountain streams and forest are conducive to relaxation and recovery from the noise of the city. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic time there. Very clean house with stunning view of Sevan lake. Our host and his family invited us for dinner at their place and we had amazing Armenian BBQ. If you are looking for a peaceful place, I highly recommend this place.

Amazingly spacious yet cozy villa with fully equipped amenities. It is so well heated where even the floors are warm. Always hot water was available for 6 adults and 3 kids to shower anytime. Anush put a Christmas tree when we asked for it and she let us check out late as well. Overall, it's a great place for a vacation with family and friends. Will definitely book again if we ever go to Tsaghkadzor again.

The house looked exactly as it was described and showed on photos. It is huge, new, with beautiful design and great amenities (big swimming pool with heating, sauna, outdoor kitchen and BBQ place). The area is peaceful and quite with s beautiful view, however it is easy to access it from the center with about 15 minutes ride. We fully enjoyed the stay! The only thing that was not so comfortable is that we came at 15:00 pm but cleaning was actually finished at 16:00 pm. But there were long stay guests before us so they probably needed extra time to clean the whole building. It would be nice to be warned about that though.

We had a great stay! The place was very spacious both inside and out, making it perfect for relaxing. The surroundings were beautiful, with a lovely water body nearby that added to the peaceful atmosphere. The area felt calm and scenic. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Anna’s house is an exceptional space in Armenia. I have stayed in many Airbnb’s in the country, but this one is unique. A modern built house, very spacious, new and perfect for our guests. We had to do a pre wedding party in the house, and the space accommodated for that, perfectly. Anna and her husband have great taste and were very flexible with all the arrangements for the house. They went out of their way to make our time in the house a special one. Its a brand new house, and was spotless, with a cozy pool a beautiful garden and a huge living room. I couldn’t have asked for a better host and a better space for our time there.

Artaq is very kind guy and very helpful and friendly. His house is a great place to spend your travel time in relaxing and quiet... really recommended for big families or group of friends. very comfortable and good facilities. location is interesting and not far from the Sevan lake.
