Villa Specht - Your vacation in a monument!

Enjoy a wonderful time in our historic villa from 1894. Our apartment leaves nothing to be desired, is newly renovated and stylishly furnished with TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The magnificent Sachsenwald is less than a 5-minute walk away.

Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. From here you can explore the beautiful surroundings. Bicycles are available (see photos). Additional information: Washer/dryer by arrangement for € 5 each

Rural hideaway between Hamburg and Lübeck

Our apartment close to nature is located on a residual farm in a former barn building reconstructed in 2017, the last house in the village, behind it only nature. The property is about 35,000 square meters with gardens, meadow and Billewald forest. It is about 35 km to the city centers of Hamburg or Lübeck. The Eulenspiegel city of Mölln and Ratzeburg are also worth a visit. Various Baltic Sea resorts are easily accessible. Kids love to feed our chickens or ride along with the tractor.

From this centrally located accommodation, you can take the regional express from Ahrensburg station to Hamburg Central Station in 20 minutes. Ahrensburg has around 35,000 inhabitants and borders directly on Hamburg. Ahrensburg is known for its castle, among other things. The accommodation is a 100sqm semi-detached house built in 1998 with a small, cozy front garden, terrace, carport, 4 rooms, a shower and bathtub, as well as a guest toilet and a kitchen. The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is on level ground and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room is a large flat screen. And many shelves with books to suit every taste.

Quiet guest house in the countryside – 45 min. to Hamburg/Lübeck

The detached guest house is quietly located in a cul-de-sac - ideal for couples with pets or smaller families with children and dogs. With a modern kitchen, spacious living area, balcony and parking right outside the front door, it is the perfect retreat. Upstairs there is a bedroom with two freshly made beds in the same room - so the accommodation is not designed for groups or four adults. A third bed can be provided if needed.

Vacation in a historic farmhouse

This historic building is a typical North German farmhouse and is located on the edge of a small village with unobstructed views of the hilly countryside. Our 2-hectare natural property is adjacent to our own meadow behind the house, with many cozy spots under trees and by the stream. We renovated the cottage with natural materials and furnished it comfortably, e.g. with a fireplace and small sauna.
