Boven zitgelegenheid en bedden. Eigen douche, toilet, koelkast, kookgelegenheid met oven, magnetron, koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker. Met WiFi, tv en in de zomer een air-cooler. Heerlijk zacht water door de waterontharder. Thee en koffie aanwezig, deze mogen gratis genuttigd worden. Op loopafstand diverse winkels, restaurants, supermarkt en bakker. Op het rustige Zeeuwse platteland in gehucht Poppendamme, vlakbij de hoofdstad Middelburg, vindt u vakantiehuis Poppendamme. Het huis ligt op fietsafstand van de schone Walcherse stranden van Zoutelande en Domburg en het Veerse Meer. De renovatie van deze voormalige noodschuur is in 2020 afgerond. De energieneutrale vakantiewoning heeft energielabel A+++ en voldoet hiermee aan de eisen van deze tijd. Het is ruim, comfortabel, knus en gezellig. Een fantastische plek voor een heerlijke vakantie.

Vanaf augustus 2020 openden wij de deuren van deze nieuwe vakantiewoning. De woning is zeer centraal gelegen aan de rand van Koudekerke. De woning ligt op een uniek plekje met een eigen tuin en terras. Het is modern ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De beneden verdieping beschikt over een badkamer, luxe keuken en gezellige zithoek. De bovenverdieping heeft 2 slaapkamers, opgemaakte bedden, toilet en opbergkast. Het strand, Dishoek, Middelburg en Vlissingen zijn per fiets bereikbaar.

In het buitengebied van Koudekerke, op slechts 1400 meter van het Strand en centrum, staat ons heerlijke huisje, bedoeld om vrolijk van te worden :-) Het bestaat uit een woongedeelte met keuken, een fantastische badkamer met inloop-stortdouche en Prive Sauna! Boven op de slaapzolder bevinden zich 2 slaapvertrekken met heerlijke boxsprings voor een comfortabele nachtrust. Let wel: de trap is erg steil met smalle treden en boven moet men bukken om in de slaapvertrekken te komen.

Onze vakantiewoning 't Uusje van Puut is gelegen net buiten Koudekerke aan de rand van ’t Moesbosch, een klein natuurgebied. Vanuit de tuin heeft u uitzicht op de duinen van Dishoek. Het is genieten van rust, ruimte en natuur. Met een beetje geluk kunt u ’s avonds zelfs een ree spotten. Ook in de herfst en winter is het heerlijk vertoeven in ons huisje. Na lekker uitgewaaid te zijn op het strand, kom je thuis en kun je genieten bij een gezellig haardvuurtje.
