Holiday rentals with beach access in Koundouros

We have loved every minute of our time here! Your place is fantastic and you have provided everything anyone could possibly want! We have been away from home for six weeks and this is the best place we have stayed - there is nothing you need to improve on! We are leaving at 7.30 in the morning 😢 so if you would like your cleaner to come in earlier, we will be gone. Thank you again for making our stay in Greece so enjoyable! 😎

This was my second stay, just as excellent as the first one. The place hasn't changed a bit, still as comfortable, pleasant and serene as I remember. Sandra, Simos and the cats were a joy, can't wait for my next stay.

Se vuoi una vacanza di pieno relax e buon cibo vieni a Punta Zeza! L’appartamento è comodo e funzionale! Ha tutti i confort Bellissima esperienza

Anfitrión muy atento y flexible. Alojamiento actual y práctico. Vistas al mar inmejorables. Terraza amplia para relajarte y cenar si te apetece y no hace viento. Ubicación tranquila, aunque cerca de restaurantes, bares a pie. Playa a 50m y otras dos a unos 800m. Buena base para visitar el resto de la isla, idealmente en moto.

La casa di Efi corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione: è una casa curata, spaziosa, dotata di tutto il necessario ed estremamente pulita. Di fronte alla bella terrazza, oltre il giardino e la strada di accesso, c'è un altro edificio, ma tra gli alberi sulla sinistra si scorge il mare! E' un ottimo punto di partenza per trovare numerose spiagge e, per chi ama visitare i siti archeologici, lo splendido Tempio di Poseidone ma anche, tra gli altri, Brauron e Ramnous. Ringraziamo Efi ed Aris per la loro accoglienza e per averci dato un'altra opportunità di visitare la splendida Grecia.

Nous étions 6 + 1 bébé. C’était parfait pour nous. Demi nous a organiser un transport depuis l’aéroport. Le conducteur était très serviable. Tout était confirme et je recommande cette endroit sans hésiter. Demi était très proactive et disponible. Merci

Fantastic, spacious flat with the gorgeous views over the bay of Merichas. Walking distance to all places in town. You can go swimming at the beach across the street. Great condition and fully functioning flat! I will go back for sure.

Our stay at Stamatis house was exceptional, thanks to the incredible hosts, Mrs. Koula and Mr. Kostas. They were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Every morning, they brought us a delightful breakfast, and their care and attention made our stay truly special. The accommodation also featured a lovely backyard, which was perfect for our 1.5-year-old child to play and explore. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm and welcoming stay.

Це був прекрасний спокійний відпочинок, у квартирі є все необхідне для проживання і навіть більше. Нам дуже сподобалось їсти на терасі, з прекрасним видом на цитрусовий сад. Пляж зовсім недалеко від помешкання і нас приємно здивувала смачна кава на пляжі. Дуже вдячні за гостинність господарів, які за декілька хвилин намагались вирішити всі наші проблеми. Окремих обіймів заслуговує Грейс 💓

Super séjour. Dans une maison avec un très beau jardin arboré avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer. Notre hôte est très réactif, avec de bons conseils sur les restaurants et autres activités de la région. Nous avons passé un agréable moment. Je recommande et si je retourne dans cette jolie région en Grèce je garderai précieusement l'adresse. Merci Mike et Isabella

Incredible views, beautiful house and a big, deep pool. So peaceful. While there are lovely things to do on the island, we spent most of our time in/by the pool, looking out over the bay! The photos don’t do it justice. Fantastic and friendly communication from Nikos including lots of recommended places to visit. Great beach with gorgeous bar/restaurant within walking distance and good water sports in the next bay along. A non-touristy island where you feel you are seeing the true Greece.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison à proximité du temple de Poseidon avec une très jolie vue sur la mer ! Entièrement équipée et moderne. Sans oublier la piscine / jacuzzi pour se rafraîchir. Philipp nous a très bien accueilli et nous a donné de nombreux conseils pour les restaurants et visites. Communication très réactive avec Philipp qui nous a toujours répondu dans la minute !

Schöne, helle Wohnung. Große Terrasse(n) mit Meerblick. Trotz der Nähe zur Hauptstraße ruhig.

Rania’s place was great for us. The location is supeeb, just few steps from a beautiful beach, in the most lovely complex that has kids playgrounds small green trails and lots of peaceful spots to look at the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped and comfortable, the Living space is cozy and nice. Rania was extremely helpful and considerate.

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Sie war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Besonders die Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang haben wir genossen.

This was a lovely stay close to the water and the communication with Cosima was very easy and clear.

Είχαμε μιά άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή στον χώρο της Δήμητρας.Το σπίτι είναι πραγματικά μοναδικό.Πεντακάθαρο,λειτουργικό,καλαίσθητο και με απίστευτη θέα στην θάλασσα και στο ηλιοβασίλεμα.Υπάρχουν αρκετές παραλίες τριγύρω.Εμείς προτιμήσαμε το Καμπί στα 2 χιλιόμετρα απο το σπίτι.Ανοργάνωτη αλλά με πανεύκολη πρόσβαση και πεντακάθαρα νερά.Για φαγητό υπάρχουν επιλογές από 2 εως 10 λεπτά απο το σπίτι.Στην κουζίνα μας εκτός απο τον λοιπό εξοπλισμό υπήρχαν είδη για ένα απλό πρωινό(καφές,μαρμελάδες κ.α.).Θα βρείτε και άλλες παροχές, απο ταμπλέτες κουνουπιών μέχρι βιβλία για διάβασμα.Η Δήμητρα σαν οικοδεσπότης ευγενική και εξυπηρετική.Ήταν κοντά μας σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε.Το συνιστούμε σίγουρα και θα ξαναπηγαίναμε!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und verlief ohne Probleme. Die Kommunikation mit Cosima war sehr angenehm und sie war immer für einen da, wenn man Fragen hatte. Im Vorhinein gab sie uns viele hilfreiche Informationen wie zum Beispiel den Busplan, Taxinummern und Restaurant Tipps. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und direkt am Meer gelegen und bietet für eine kleine Reisegruppe alles was man sich wünschen kann. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen,aber dreimal am Tag fährt ein Bus in die nächste Stadt, oder man nimmt ein Taxi, was auch nicht so teuer ist. Eine kleine Taverne ist zu Fuß erreichbar, sowie der Poseidontempel von dem auch der Bus nach Athen abfährt.

It was remote, but a real gem! Leto was able to get us into the house at the last minute as we had plans that canceled. The view was outstanding. We did not have a car, but a kind taxi driver got us there and offered to come get us at the end of the trip. Transportation is a must if you are going to be there a few days.

Nous étions 2, nous sommes rester 1 semaine dans cette endroit magnifique. Très belle vue. Anastasia a été au petit soin, très chaleureuse et conviviale. Elle a su nous mettre à l’aise tout de suite. L’hôtel est a proximité de 2 différentes plages à pieds avec des très bonnes tavernes. Daskalio est un tout petit village. Il est préférable de avoir une voiture car pas de supérette de proximité mais Anastasia est disponible pour aider si besoi👌. Je recommande à 💯 cette endroit si vous êtes en famille et que vous cherchez du calme.

Had a great stay, was out on a work contract that had to keep Beene extended and Christina was great about it and very flexible for me would highly recommend staying. Apartment has everything you need for a home away from home.
