Had a wonderful time at this Airbnb! Location was superb, a great place for exploring easy reach of Chania and Rethymno. The town has 3 eating places, Monica’s was the highlight! Airbnb its self was so peaceful, with amazing views the outside space had been thought through with lovely dining areas and sunbeds, it gets the sun from midmorning to night. Would recommend to anyone, loved it!

Our stay at HotelPraxis was incredible and Polimnia was the most gracious host I have experienced in my 10 years in Airbnb. She was close by but never intrusive, left snacks, fruits and water in the fridge, dropped eggs off, recommended restaurants and incredibly, made baked goods of some traditional Greek treats that were so delicious. My family was overwhelmed by the beauty and privacy of the Blue Lake Villa. And the home is lovely, fluffy towels, great water pressure, comfortable beds. What a treat! We will definitely return! I highly recommend.

The stay in the villa was simply terrific. Giannis and Christina are very good and friendly hosts. Starting with the flexible check-in due to our flight delay, to the friendly briefing and the small attentions in the refrigerator. You'll feel comfortable here from the first minute. The villa is super cozy and the outdoor area simply tops everything we've had so far. Very clean, super nice and an extremely large pool. Here you can even swim properly and have the opportunity to experience the sunset directly from the terrace. We would come back here anytime. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Kedria! Along with the amazing view of Chania and Souda, the house was incredibly beautiful, clean, and provided everything we needed for our stay in Chania. The hosts were extremely hospitable and responded to every question and request promptly. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was an extension of their home. They provided all of the necessary baby gear and essentials for our little one, who also had a great time enjoying the pool. We’ve never had more caring and responsive hosts. They gave us so many travel tips and food recommendations that made our stay here in Chania one of our most memorable vacations. HIGHLY recommend staying here!

Beautiful location providing absolute tranquility. Enjoyed our stay of 11 days from beginning to end. Accommodation was superb, with everything you could ever need. All fixtures and fittings seemed brand new and were immaculately presented. Outside area was spacious and in a word fantastic. Although we had no problems, I feel Vardis would have dealt with anything we would have needed, efficiently and professionally. Vardis came to meet us at check in and was a real pleasure, even carrying in our suitcases. We met his father who came to clean the beautiful swimming pool during our stay and was lovely to meet him. We absolutely loved our stay at the Fairytale Villas! Located about 20 minutes outside of old town Chania, the villa has beautiful views of the mountains and a small growing fruit orchard. It's really beautiful and peaceful. The home is well-designed for a family of 4 and has all the needed amenities. The pool is amazing. My kids swam every morning and night. Note that you would absolutely need a car to stay here because it is not walkable to anything, but an easy drive to a grocery store for cooking. We would love to come back someday!

We had a fabulous stay here. The villa is lovely, inside and out, with a well equipped kitchen, including food staples and a variety of different seating areas outside. The pool is great and the beach is virtually on the doorstep, with free sunbeds (if you buy at least a drink from the local taverna). In terms of local amenities, there is a small shop and a couple of tavernas within a few minutes walk, plus a small hotel complex, where you can also eat and visit their bar. There are 2 larger supermarkets within a couple of kilometres, for which you would either need a car or taxi, however the hosts were kind enough to ferry us there and back, when we first arrived, which was so helpful. Chania Old Town is beautiful and we travelled there on a couple of occasions by taxi (28E) in the evening, but you can also take a bus which stops near to the villa. Finally, the hosts, Eleni and Thrasyvoulos were lovely, regularly checking in without being intrusive. Highly recommended.

Outstanding views, 5* accommodation with hosts that go above and beyond and can’t do enough to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Recommendations of local places to eat. If you can, take use of the local chefs to come in and cook for you. Family of 7 cost us €280 as a guide without drinks and was beautiful food. The villa is spacious and relaxing and perfectly placed to walk into plaka and short drive to almyrida beach with beautiful fish tavernas and water activities. Party of 3 boys (15,15 and 12), my husband and I and his parents it was the perfect house to have our own spaces but still come together. The photos do not do the house justice at all. The outdoor kitchen, outside bath and jacuzzi plus all the outdoor terraces to each room are spectacular. Enjoy, you won’t be disappointed. Hope to be back again one day. A lovely villa - looked exactly like the photos. We were a family of 8 adults and 2 small children and there was room for all of us. Kitchen was big enough with every utensil (and more) you could think of. Our host was there to greet us and was always responsive when needed ( 2 small issues both quickly resolved). A lovely welcome basket of food/drink etc was a nice touch. I would not say a car is essential - its less than 10 mins walk to several lovely restaurants and a nice little beach. However the nearest proper supermarket is 30-40 mins walk although its only a 10 euro taxi back and youll save more than that as the local shop (2 mins down the hill) is only really any good for fresh bread and emergency supplies! The outside/pool area in villa was roomy and the inside hot tub/sauna were well used. My only advice would be to have some sun loungers on the terrace outside main bedroom as that did seem wasted space although lovely views of the mountains and the sea. We would stay again.

Sissy Villa is a stunningly beautiful villa. Spotlessly clean and everything we needed. The owner had provided absolutely everything you could need, and lots of extra thoughtful touches. Exceeded expectations and I would t hesitate to recommend to anyone. The owner met us on arrival and was immediately helpful throughout our stay, always quick to answer any questions or queries we had. Perfect holiday!

Another big thank you to Giorgos and Maria for their hospitality. A very big sandstorm from the Sahara disrupted everything on the day of our arrival. Our hosts did their best and even the impossible to clean everything and allow us to enjoy the villa in the best conditions. The villa is beautiful. Everything is planned so that we can relax and make the most of it. Full of good intentions, the products available allow us to feel comfortable as soon as we arrive. I can only recommend the Mythic Olive villa 😊

Absolutely wonderful stay. The villa is clean, spacious, with a huge outside area. Pool was perfect temperature, with comfy sun beds surrounding. The hot tub was also a lovely bonus! Air con worked perfectly, and the kitchen had everything you’d need. We made do without a car, but be mindful that the roads are very steep and windy, so renting a car would make your life easier - especially if you’re planning on exploring. Almyrida beach was lovely and sandy. Sunbeds were €6 a day, which we didn’t think was bad. Plenty of decent restaurants, and a supermarket also on the beachfront. Plaka, only a short drive (or 20 minute walk) down the hill has some lovely restaurants for dinner. All VERY reasonably priced. Overall the Villa was perfect. The Host was responsive and helpful. I would 100% recommend this villa if you’re after a relaxing week in the sun!

Andreas could not have been more helpful. We truly enjoyed our experience. The Villa was very well appointed and perfectly located in Agia Marina. We had peaceful sleep and it was good to spend time relaxing by the pool. We will return in the future. The food locally was exceptional and a couple of evenings in Chania well worth the short trip. Thank you for such great hospitality!

An absolutely fantastic stay! The villa offers a family atmosphere – we immediately felt at home. The apartments are perfectly equipped, very clean and furnished with attention to detail. The pool and the barbecue area were highlights that we used every day. We would like to especially highlight the landlord: always available, warm and incredibly helpful. He was immediately available for every question. The absolute highlight was when he prepared a traditional Cretan salad for us - a wonderful gesture that delighted us all. We really lacked nothing. If you are looking for relaxation, comfort and genuine hospitality, you have come to the right place. We can fully recommend the villa and will definitely come back!

Andreas and Anna’s place was in a perfect peaceful location with beautiful views. The apartment was very clean and had all necessary amenities. Andreas provided wonderful recommendations, and was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Our stay with Eleftheria and Michalis in Chania was nothing short of exceptional. The house is amazing—spacious, immaculate, and clearly designed with incredible care and attention to detail. The location is superb, and it’s easily one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The hosts went above and beyond—warm, welcoming, and always available. They helped us with everything from our early arrival to washing our car, making us feel completely at home. I truly hope to return one day with the rest of our family, and I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting Crete without hesitation.

This place is absolutely amazing. My wife and I spent our honeymoon at Aikaterinis apartment and we were completely satisfied. The inside provides everything what we needed. The description was absolutely accurate. The fridge is very spacious and there is a freezer as well. We cooked quite a lot therefore this was very helpful for us. The pool outside is very clean and also the temperature was perfect for the hot days in Greece. You can really relax at this place because there is not a lot of tourism at this area on Crete. Also the beach in front of the house is quite nice. We put our hammock under some trees and were watching the sunrise over Paleochora. I can totally recommend this apartment, especially for couples who want some relaxing time and together.

My family and I had a great time at this villa. Lefteris was very helpful and responsive. The view, pool and outdoor area of the house were the highlights of our stay.

We had a wonderful week at Virginie’s house. The location is spectacular with views over the mountains and olive groves. Totally private, we felt like we were in our own world during our stay. The house is well designed and tastefully decorated with a well equipped kitchen. Virginie was very helpful and responsive with any questions. We were sad to leave and head home. If you’re thinking of booking, do it! A really special place.
