Spacious flat for 4-6 people, with large balcony and amazing view of the village of Koutsouras, the sea and the surrounding mountains. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds. In the living room area there is a comfortable couch that accomodates 2 more guests. The kitchen is well equipped (oven, stoves, microwave, toaster, espresso&filter coffee machine etc) The flat has two bathrooms, one with a tub and one with a shower.The washing machine is in the storage space.

The host was incredibly kind. The house was extremely well-equipped, the outdoor space was enjoyable, and the house had a stunning view. We are deeply grateful for the host's warm hospitality. They generously gifted us with traditional Easter sweets, a delightful olive oil, and exquisite local honey. An unforgettable experience!

The room was clean and neat, with 2 big balcony in front of the sea exactly as it’s shown in the picture. The small beach in front is fairly private and cozy, you can just wake up and go bathing everyday! It was such a beautiful location, we’d absolutely recommend.

A real gem! The room is beautiful, with a bathtub right next to the bed and a very nice balcony — just wow 😍 The pool is superb too, the accommodation is barely 100 meters from the beach, an excellent little restaurant (“SKINOS seaside”) and a small market. Everything comes together for a perfect time. The hostess was very kind. We were even able to enjoy the pool a few hours after check-out, the time to reach our next accommodation — a really appreciated attention. Too bad we only stayed one night... but if we come back to Crete, we'll come back here, and for longer!

The stay with Maria was the best I have ever had. It exceeded all my expectations, which were already high due to the beautiful photos. It was the first time I went on vacation alone after my husband's death. That was quite scary, but thanks to my stay with Maria, I now dare to face the world again. The place is fantastic: a high Mama Mia level right by the sea and Maria makes it possible to enjoy carefree under your own umbrella on the beach. I already miss the sound of the sea! Furthermore, the studio has everything you need. I was there for 2 weeks and also cooked there myself from time to time, not necessary because there are even in May enough fine and not too expensive restaurants within walking distance. What a difference from the north coast at Heraklion where I stayed for a night on the way there and back! I definitely recommend it. I will definitely come back.

Communication with Claudia was laborious: not very responsive, she did not answer my specific questions about the accommodation and I had to restart it several times to get details. According to our agreement I had to call her on the road to indicate our arrival time, but I did not receive a response to two calls and two messages. A major problem: the name of the residence was simply not indicated on the site, and lack of an accurate address, impossible to find. With the photos, we ended up finding it, and it's only here that Claudia called back. Fortunately, the owner of the premises arrived and welcomed us very well. She also waited in vain for Claudia to let her know our arrival time. Once taken care of by this charming, attentive and caring lady, all went very well thanks to her. The residence is very nice, very well maintained, quiet, and the pool is beautiful and very clean. Numerous nearby restaurants.

What truly made this stay special, though, was Manos. He went above and beyond to make me feel at home, offering fantastic local tips and accommodating every request with kindness.
