Our vacation home is located in the Balaton Uplands, in the heart of the Káli Basin, in the picturesque town of Mindszentkálla. Anyone who's been here before knows that, on the outskirts of the village, time somehow slows down. There are two guesthouses next to each other in the garden. The self-contained apartments, each with a separate entrance, offer 2–2 bedrooms, a private kitchen & bathroom, a small private garden area, and access to a spacious shared garden for those looking to recharge. During the renovation, we transformed the old stone house into a home where we ourselves would love to spend our vacations (in all seasons :)) Ideal for 2–4 people.

The estate. Second home in the middle of the village and the forest

In the middle of the village, a few hundred meters from the Liliomkert market, bordered by forest and stream, is our cozy little estate. Large common space downstairs, 4 bedrooms upstairs, fireplace, garden, fireplace, covered pergola, scents and bird chirping await in all quantities. The nearest beach is 6 km away. In the village, there is a café, delicatessen, gallery, wineries, Sunday market, in the neighboring villages within 10 minutes, the best ice cream shop in the neighborhood (the world), super restaurants, children's and adult programs, concerts, wineries, hiking await.

We offer our holiday home in Révfülöp, which is located at the gate of the Káli basin, just a few minutes from Lake Balaton. The house was designed by the owner, who is himself an architect, for himself and his family. This personal touch and attention has resulted in an extremely cozy and pleasant atmosphere. In the front garden, garden furniture and barbecue facilities provide outdoor dining. Choose our holiday home in Révfülöp and enjoy the tranquility, modern comfort and peaceful environment.

Our holiday home is located on Ábrahámhegy right next to the waterfront. It is unique in that it has a private pier. We just walk out of the house and we can already swim. It is also a perfect place for fishermen. The terrace on the balcony offers a fabulous view. Our spacious ground floor terrace is protected from the sun. We are next to the Káli pool, so you can't be bored. There is a lot to discover, both in terms of natural beauty and gastronomy. The house and jetty are used only by guests.

Country House at Balaton - An Island of Peace

In Örvényes (the smallest village of Balaton) is a house in farmhouse style available for you to rent. The house can accommodate up to 12 people. The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. Where should we start… With the deer in front of the Blue House? With the Rose Garden? Or the breath- taking view of the Lake? We are offering two buildings, with 5bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 4 kitchen and two private terraces in a 6,000 m2 rural garden with fruit and nut trees, rose and grape pergolas with amazing view of the Balaton, 20minutes on foot from the lake on top of a mountain. You need a car if you are not a hiker. We have mobile ACs in some of the rooms- they are not always silent.

Please note that the fireplace is only for decoration there is central heating in the house. The pool is in operation only between June to end of September. All the rooms have air conditioning!
