Ilias' house is wonderfully quiet, away from the tourist hotspots, but still close enough to all the sights. For our young children, there were extra toys. The kitchen is fully equipped. And the outdoor area was just wonderful for relaxing. Ilias provided us with vegetables and wine. The only negative point was the many mosquitoes that somehow made it into the house despite extensive protection on windows and doors. We will be happy to come back if we come to Kos again.

Absolutely loved our stay! The home we booked was a true gem. The views were breathtaking—waking up to those serene landscapes each morning was a real treat and at night the Bodrum castle looked stunning. The space was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we could need. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, and their local tips were super helpful. The neighborhood itself was peaceful yet close enough to everything we wanted to explore. Plus, the internet was fast and reliable, which was a big plus! The home was also spacious and had a warm, comfortable vibe that made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place—can’t wait for another stay!

It all worked out great. Was really nice location, house was brand new completely new furniture. All bathrooms with marble plates really nice dishes furniture everything as described even beautiful I can really only recommend I would like to go again just really tip top. Host was always available and everything worked out wonderfully. I'd love to come back

Eda is very friendly and she was quick to respond to messages. She was very caring. Her parents are very sweet people. They invited us to breakfast (the meal lacked bird milk). Her mother was very friendly. On the way back, they dropped us off at the airport for an affordable price. & Thank you for everything Located in the center of Bodrum and within walking distance to the taxi and bus station. We didn't have any difficulty with transportation.

We've just returned from a totally magical holiday staying in Maria's home from home. It's truly an oasis of calm in a beautiful setting with a great outdoor space for chilling. We wanted to have a lovely Greek experience, rather than an ultra modern space, that could have been anywhere . . .and we got just that. Maria's place was just what the three of us wanted, enough space not to feel crowded, a well equipped kitchen and a lovely modern bathroom. We really enjoyed sitting out on the terrace looking over the garden and the hammock was well used for a relaxing read. We even had a very vocal, friendly kitty who greeted us daily on our return from exploring the island. There's a great local supermarket close by and the waterfront and restaurants easy to reach. Kos town is close enough to dip your toes into "busy" if you fancy. Maria was always available if you needed advice or help, a lovely lady. Absolutely would recommend! Thank you Maria xx

First of all, we loved Ms. Fatoş. He's a great host. Caring and very attentive. Her house is very clean, with a large and well maintained garden, but also safe. The house has everything you might need There's even a lot more. The cats also bonus. We feel like we'll miss Leyla a lot, especially. Of course, the garden... Here is a garden that invites you to the wonderland. We are very sure that you will relax under the tree in the garden if your goal is to run and run every day and not go places, but if you really take a break. Of course, the neighborhood is also very close, walking distance when you want to go out. However, since the house is slightly above the neighborhood, we recommend that you come/rent it by car to go to the sea or grocery stores. In short, if you are looking for a very calm and peaceful house in the heart of Bitez, very close to everywhere, you can choose this place with peace of mind. We already miss it:)

It was a very nice stay! The large terrace was wonderful and there was everything you need. I would book it again!! Thanks also to George who was very helpful and always checked on our well being.

We are really happy to have found this place. Very cosy and friendly atmosphere, especially for longer stays, it’s great. The staff is the great mix of professional and friendly. They were very welcoming with our (sometimes overly active) kids. The garden is beautifully made and well maintained. Highly recommended!

Stunning 3 bedroom/ 2 Bath apartment 100% identical to the photos offer. Beds were extremely comfortable, fresh linen and bath robes were an added tough. Host was very hospitable and welcomed us with a variety of Greek snacks and drinks. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the Kos, Greece 🇬🇷

Probably the best Airbnb we've stayed in: very clean apartment, matches the description, comfortable bedding, 2 private terraces with views, very well located 10 minutes from the center, quiet, super well equipped, very convenient when traveling light: towels, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, washing machine, there's everything! Air conditioning, storage, Netflix, WiFi, everything to prepare food and everything you need for breakfast in the morning, luxury! And then there's Dina & Maria, attentive if needed, very kind who hosted us super well: advice, bus schedules, map of the island and small gifts that allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. Really the BEST OF THE BEST, you won't be able to find better. Thanks again Dina & Maria for everything, your apartment and your hosting were a real asset for a successful vacation.

First of all, the house being far from the city made us very uneasy. But then Mrs. Katerina provided us with every convenience. She was very friendly and helpful. Everyone in my family was very pleased with this vacation. I would like to thank Mr. Andreas and Mrs. Katerina and then all the staff. For all their help to us. If we come once again, we will definitely stay here.

We totally loved our stay at Christine’s place. It was perfect for us - a group of four friends. It was so spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The views are amazing with seaviews and a view of the castle. The bourgainvillas were beautiful and added colour and character. The pool is an absolute bonus. It was wonderful to come home and cool down with a dip in the pool. We really felt at home and had the best of times. Such an easy walk into town too. Christine is a great host. Communication was so friendly and easy, she always answered straight away every time I had a question. Christine really wants you to enjoy your stay at her villa. And then there is Mehmet who looks after you while there. He is such a friendly helpful person and it is great to have someone right there when you have a question. All in all, we can all totally recommend staying there, you cannot find a better place in Bodrum!

The house was beautifully stylish and clean. A home I can recommend, both as its location and itself. The host was very caring, kind and understanding.

The place is great, very clean, the host also grated us with Greek wine, water and some biscuits for the kids. We had plenty of rooms, all very clean and confortabil. We also had the product for the mosquitoes. The house is simply beautiful, the garden is so nice and peaceful, very beautiful swimming pool and also the best thing ever..a perfect playground for kids. This is something we did not expect. The experience is....well, better that expected!! We really loved the place and we will definitely return next year.

Everything as described. Amazing view and pool. Was everything we were looking for and cannot appreciate Jen more on helping us going out of her way with ordering food, taxis and everything local because of the language barrier. The power did go off a few times but they were always responsive to fix!

Had a wonderful stay at Cemal's place, he was an amazing and very responsive host. My only qualm is the bed and the pillows, the bed is a bit small and the pillows are flat as can be, aside from that everything you can ask for is in the house with a beautiful view. You will need a car to get around, a taxi will not work.

Mehmet was great and super helpful. The place is very nice too and conveniently located!

First of all, the hygiene of the house was very good. The land where the house is located adds a unique value to the house. The comfort , architecture and decor of the house were amazing . It's also a house with very high privacy. So it's normal for guests to be a favorite. Endless thanks to the host for the vegetables he collected from his garden. We had a very nice vacation. We had a great holiday at Anders and Jeanette’s place. The house was beautiful, peaceful, impeccably clean and at perfect location in Bodrum! We were feet’s away from a very nice pool and garden, and we very much enjoyed our stay. House is far away from hustle and bustle of Bodrum center but it is in close proximity to many beautiful beaches and small & cute towns! House has everything a family needs to be comfy in a vacation home. Anders and Jeanette were great and very prompt in their communications. Anders provided a very detailed and very much useful guidelines and recommendations for beaches and restaurants around the region. We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it! Fantastic villa for 7 friends in a beautiful location. We loved it, walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants as well as the harbour where we took a boat trip. The owner was very helpful and made us feel right at home. Would definitely recommend!
