Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Koyunbaba Mahallesi

We stayed for 3 adults, 1 child-4 people in August. The house has a beautiful view of the sea and sunset in a quiet complex. As you can see from the photos, it is in a very high location, clean and well-maintained. All the essentials you need are available, but if you are constantly going to make home-cooked meals, there may be kitchen supplies you need to bring in addition. Also, you will definitely need a car to get to the grocery store or beaches no matter how close it is. There is no air conditioning in the house but there are mosquito nets on all the windows and balcony door so you can let the breeze in by opening the whole place. Considering that you will be sitting on the balcony, it would still be good to take precautions for flies. The pool is gorgeous in one word! Immaculately clean and very calm. Away from the noise and crowds, it's perfect for those who want to relax. Ms. Sakine and her husband, Mr. Cihansever, were very caring and helpful from the first day until our departure. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them again.

I stayed with my family at Mr. İlhan's house for the second time. Everything about the house is perfect. There are facilities to meet all your needs, such as the view, location, etc. Mr. İlhan is a very hospitable, thoughtful and very caring host. I highly recommend it.

We had an absolute dream stay at the Lavender and Rosemary Penthouse in Kos! The check-in process was smooth, and the host's hospitality was top-notch. The penthouse itself was calm, serene, and perfectly decorated with a lovely traditional touches. The location was fantastic, and we loved exploring the surrounding area. The penthouse was spotlessly clean, and the amenities were exactly as described. We would highly recommend this penthouse to anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful stay in Kos. Maria and Katerina were responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and we felt right at home. Both of them were so lovely! Maria was so kind and extra friendly with our 6 month old baby. Very nice villa with a lovely garden and big pool, spacious living room and good sized bedrooms, and the terrace also offers a great view of the surrounding mountains. House is securely gated. The villa is very close (10min drive) to the famous Yalikavak Marina and only 30mins from main Bodrum town. Taxis are available via Yalikavak Taxi stand via call ut best to book in advance due to the villa being situated off the main road. Advise tenants to stock up on essential supplies beforehand as tap water not drinkable (Orhan was very helpful in driving us to the nearest convenience store at night, thank you!). House is well stocked and plenty of additional duvets if needed. There is delivery option available for food and groceries from Getir app, but always put extra instructions in the delivery address for the drivers to find the villa. Orhan helped us in any questions we had, and check-in and check-out was a smooth process. All in all a great stay in Yalikavak, we loved it!

Absolutely loved our stay! The home we booked was a true gem. The views were breathtaking—waking up to those serene landscapes each morning was a real treat and at night the Bodrum castle looked stunning. The space was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we could need. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, and their local tips were super helpful. The neighborhood itself was peaceful yet close enough to everything we wanted to explore. Plus, the internet was fast and reliable, which was a big plus! The home was also spacious and had a warm, comfortable vibe that made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place—can’t wait for another stay!

The apartment we stayed in was very clean and tidy. Everything was very well thought out and prepared for us. The breakfast was very good and the quality of the breakfast was very good. The environment was very reliable, and the parking lot provided great convenience. I can say that it was even better than promised. It will be the first place we will choose on our next Bodrum trip. Beautiful house in Kos town. A little bit further out from the really touristy areas which we loved, but everything in walking distance. Lovely hosts, definitely worth every penny :) Thank you for our stay!

I would recommend the stay for anyone looking for a central location in Kos town with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Lambi beach is also a very short walk. Very friendly and informative host. Apartment was clean and all the amenities available.

The house is extremely comfortable, convenient and well maintained. The kitchen has everything you need. The surroundings are calm and clean and tidy. Very close to the beach. But since there is no public beach, it is necessary to use a hotel or private beach. Young children can also be comfortable. I'll recommend it to anyone.

We booked the two-bedroom suite for our family vacation. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. For long stay guests, trash is picked every day and deep clean with towel change is weekly but when we asked for new towels they made an exception. The pool was nice and cafe next to the pool was good but closed super early (5pm). The restaurants around the hotel are pricey, so we mostly cooked our own food (ask for pots and silverware at the reception!) or ate out in budget-friendly and authentic spots closer to Bitez or Bodrum. We rented a car so it was easy to get around. The car allowed us to visit nearby beaches and towns because there is not a lot of public transit in the area. It’s a 5-min walk to a nice beach, especially if you go further right where more beach cafes are. Even though we visited in the shoulder season, the weather was very warm, we could swim in the sea, and there were lots of things to do without suffering the crowds and high prices.

It was one of the most peaceful and beautiful holidays I have ever had, perhaps the number one. Ms. Başak is a perfect person and very kind and helpful. If you want to come to Bodrum, don't even look at another ad. Location, home, all of them are ŞA-HA-NE. We are very pleased, we love it. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Ms. Başak once again.🫶🏻

Such a relaxing place, and very quiet and peaceful. We had all that we needed in the apartment. We walked to local supermarket and cooked in the apartment, we stayed for two nights and just chilled on the balcony with the amazing view, we also took a dip in the on site pool. We are returning next year for longer because we loved it so much

I want to thank the host and co-host for the beautiful stay... the place is in a very peaceful area next to the kos town, i’d say it’s walkable to kos town and it’s the center of the city with its beautiful lambi beach but definitely better if you are renting a car... There’s a supermarket like 5-6 mins walking for your daily needs and a beautiful turkish restaurant like 10 mins walking in the platani square. What i found really nice is the communication with the host and co-host. They were always there for recommendations and advices. The house was really clean with extra towels bed sheets and everything you look for in a vacation house. We definitely recommend Angela’s House for anyone who would a nice, quiet and peaceful stay near kos town with its beautiful surroundings full of trees and farm-like vibes.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The property was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. It felt like a home away from home, and I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in Bodrum. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, allowing for a late check out and letting us hang by the pool all day. The pool is incredible, we loved spending time there. The breakfast was also really nice. We cannot wait to come back
