Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Koyunbaba Mahallesi

Biz, Ağustos ayında 3 yetişkin, 1 çocuk -4 kişi- konakladık. Ev; sessiz sakin bir site içinde, nefis bir deniz ve günbatımı manzarasına sahip. Fotoğraflardan da görüleceği gibi oldukça yüksek bir konumda, temiz ve bakımlı. ihtiyacınız olan tüm temel gereçler mevcut ancak sürekli ev yemeği yapacaksanız belki ek olarak getirmeniz gereken mutfak malzemeleri olabilir. Ayrıca, ne kadar yakın olursa olsun markete veya plajlara ulaşmak için bir arabaya kesinlikle ihtiyacınız olacak. Evde klima yok ama tüm pencerelerde ve balkon kapısında sineklik var, böylece her yeri açarak esintiyi içeri alabilirsiniz. Balkonda oturacağınızı da düşünürsek, yine de sinekler için önlem almanız iyi olur. Havuz tek kelimelyle muhteşem! Tertemiz ve çok sakin. Gürültüden ve insan kalabalığından uzakta, kafa dinlemek isteyenler için biçilmiş kaftan. Sakine Hanım ve eşi Cihansever Bey ilk günden ayrılışımıza kadar çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Bu vesileyle kendilerine bir kez daha teşekkür etmek isterim.

Ailemle beraber İlhan beyin evinde ikinci defa konakladık. Evle ilgili her şey dört dörtlük. Manzarası, konumu vs. Tüm ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayacak olanaklar mevcut. İlhan bey çok misafirperver, ince fikirli ve çok ilgili bir ev sahibi. Şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum.

Heerlijke week gehad in Manine Apartments! We kamen rond half 1 aan en konden al direct ons appartement in, wat er keurig uitzag. Enige nadeel waren de bedden, hierbij voel je de veren. Maar het was niet zo dat we geen oog dicht hebben gedaan. Verder was alles aanwezig en konden we de auto voor de deur parkeren. Ook werd om de dag het appartement schoongemaakt, de bedden opgemaakt en kregen we nieuwe handdoeken. Het is wel verder lopen naar Kos dan in de beschrijving staat aangegeven: hartje centrum is 20 minuten lopen, maar onderweg kom je ook verschillende restaurants tegen waar je kunt zitten. Al met al een fijn verblijf gehad! Vriendelijk personeel, keurig appartement en alles aanwezig. Dankjewel Nikos en team!

Bodrum merkezde olmasına rağmen, huzurlu ve sessiz bir sokak. Sabah 50 m ile sahilde yürüyüş yapabilirsiniz, ev sahibi ilgili. Tekrar konaklama yapılacak bir daire, geniş ve ferah. Teşekkürler

We had an absolute dream stay at the Lavender and Rosemary Penthouse in Kos! The check-in process was smooth, and the host's hospitality was top-notch. The penthouse itself was calm, serene, and perfectly decorated with a lovely traditional touches. The location was fantastic, and we loved exploring the surrounding area. The penthouse was spotlessly clean, and the amenities were exactly as described. We would highly recommend this penthouse to anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful stay in Kos. Maria and Katerina were responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and we felt right at home. Both of them were so lovely! Maria was so kind and extra friendly with our 6 month old baby. If you're looking for a great place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Kos, look no further than the Lavender and Rosemary Penthouse. We can't wait to come back! Very nice villa with a lovely garden and big pool, spacious living room and good sized bedrooms, and the terrace also offers a great view of the surrounding mountains. House is securely gated. The villa is very close (10min drive) to the famous Yalikavak Marina and only 30mins from main Bodrum town. Taxis are available via Yalikavak Taxi stand via call ut best to book in advance due to the villa being situated off the main road. Advise tenants to stock up on essential supplies beforehand as tap water not drinkable (Orhan was very helpful in driving us to the nearest convenience store at night, thank you!). House is well stocked and plenty of additional duvets if needed. There is delivery option available for food and groceries from Getir app, but always put extra instructions in the delivery address for the drivers to find the villa. Orhan helped us in any questions we had, and check-in and check-out was a smooth process. All in all a great stay in Yalikavak, we loved it!

Das Haus von Ilias liegt wunderbar ruhig, abseits der Touristen-Hotspots, aber dennoch nah genug an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Für unsere kleinen Kinder gab es extra Spielsachen. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Und der Außenbereich war einfach herrlich zum Entspannen. Ilias hat uns mit Gemüse und Wein versorgt. Einzige Minuspunkt, die vielen Moskitos, die es trotz umfangreichem Schutz an Fenstern und Türen irgendwie ins Haus geschafft haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder wenn wir nochmal nach Kos kommen sollten.

Absolutely loved our stay! The home we booked was a true gem. The views were breathtaking—waking up to those serene landscapes each morning was a real treat and at night the Bodrum castle looked stunning. The space was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we could need. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, and their local tips were super helpful. The neighborhood itself was peaceful yet close enough to everything we wanted to explore. Plus, the internet was fast and reliable, which was a big plus! The home was also spacious and had a warm, comfortable vibe that made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place—can’t wait for another stay!

Beautiful house in Kos town. A little bit further out from the really touristy areas which we loved, but everything in walking distance. Lovely hosts, definitely worth every penny :) Thank you for our stay!

We've just returned from a totally magical holiday staying in Maria's home from home. It's truly an oasis of calm in a beautiful setting with a great outdoor space for chilling. We wanted to have a lovely Greek experience, rather than an ultra modern space, that could have been anywhere . . .and we got just that. Maria's place was just what the three of us wanted, enough space not to feel crowded, a well equipped kitchen and a lovely modern bathroom. We really enjoyed sitting out on the terrace looking over the garden and the hammock was well used for a relaxing read. We even had a very vocal, friendly kitty who greeted us daily on our return from exploring the island. There's a great local supermarket close by and the waterfront and restaurants easy to reach. Kos town is close enough to dip your toes into "busy" if you fancy. Maria was always available if you needed advice or help, a lovely lady. Absolutely would recommend! Thank you Maria xx

Ήταν η δεύτερη φορά που επισκέφτηκα το διαμέρισμα, έχουν γίνει μερικές αλλαγές ( προστέθηκαν έπιπλα και διακοσμητικά ) τα οποία το έκαναν ακόμη πιο όμορφο , δεν ήθελα να φύγω ❤️❤️

I would recommend the stay for anyone looking for a central location in Kos town with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Lambi beach is also a very short walk. Very friendly and informative host. Apartment was clean and all the amenities available.

Ev son derece rahat, kullanışlı ve bakımlı. Mutfakta gerekli her şey var. Çevre sakin, temiz ve düzenli. Plaja çok yakın. Ancak halk plajı olmadığı için otel veya özel plaj kullanmak gerekiyor. Küçük çocuklular da rahat edebilirler. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

Geçirdiğim en huzurlu en güzel tatillerden biriydi, belki de bir numaraydı diyebilirim. Başak hanım mükemmel biri ve çok kibar çok yardımsever. Such a relaxing place, and very quiet and peaceful. We had all that we needed in the apartment. We walked to local supermarket and cooked in the apartment, we stayed for two nights and just chilled on the balcony with the amazing view, we also took a dip in the on site pool. We are returning next year for longer because we loved it so much

Na het lezen van de fantastische reviews hadden we hoge verwachtingen en het was zelfs nog beter! We beleefden een fantastisch tijd van aankomst tot vertrek. Vasilis en Manolis ontvingen ons persoonlijk, hartelijk met een rondleiding door het mooie verblijf, een koelkast met lekkers verzorgd door Nia. Er lag zelfs een welkomsgeschenk, zo attent! Het verblijf netjes, knus en alles was voorzien voor een aangenaam verblijf. We sliepen er heerlijk! Stil, airco en de matras was top! Het gezellig terras was perfect om maaltijden te nuttigen. Met sfeerverlichting s’avonds. Maar wat deze plek echt heel bijzonder maakte was de warmte en vriendelijkheid van de familie. Voor de verjaardag van mijn man hadden ze zelfs een verrassing. Ze waren altijd beschikbaar maar gaven ons ook ruimte. De perfecte plek voor wie op zoek is naar rust, griekse gastvrijheid een warm thuis gevoel, goede ligging tussen de locals. Vasilis, Manolis en Nia zitten in ons hart. Tot snel en oprecht bedankt voor alles 🙏🏻 🫶.

I want to thank the host and co-host for the beautiful stay... the place is in a very peaceful area next to the kos town, i’d say it’s walkable to kos town and it’s the center of the city with its beautiful lambi beach but definitely better if you are renting a car... There’s a supermarket like 5-6 mins walking for your daily needs and a beautiful turkish restaurant like 10 mins walking in the platani square. What i found really nice is the communication with the host and co-host. They were always there for recommendations and advices. The house was really clean with extra towels bed sheets and everything you look for in a vacation house. We definitely recommend Angela’s House for anyone who would a nice, quiet and peaceful stay near kos town with its beautiful surroundings full of trees and farm-like vibes.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The property was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. It felt like a home away from home, and I would definitely stay here again!
