Cozy apartment in basement with own private entrance. All bed linens, towels and cleaning are included. 2.5 km from Karlstad city center, 200 meters to bus. Within 5 minutes walk there is a beach, shops, restaurants and nice green areas. Great communication to KAU, Färjestad's racetrack and Löfbergs Lila Arena. In the apartment there is a double bed, TV, table with chairs and kitchenette with fridge, freezer compartment, hot plates and kitchen equipment. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Parking is free, and wifi is available.

Good bus connection to Karlstad, Ica store 150m away. Cyclist? Klarälvsbanan passes close by. The lakes Gapern and Alstern are close, fishing licenses are purchased at Ica 🙂

Welcome to our cozy guest house . The house is newly built. Here you are very close to the golf course as well as Dömle mansion. One double bed in bedroom. Sofa bed in the living room. 2 mattresses in the attic. TV with c- More and streaming. Heated with air heat pump that provides air conditioning in the summer. There is a charcoal grill. There is a possibility to borrow a canoe. No smoking or pets allowed. Bed linen and towels are provided. Wi-Fi . Smart lock.

Apartment on two floors in a rural setting. It is 100 meters to the beach with a swimming area and a rowboat. Life jacket and metspö are available. The outhouse is shared with other guests. Note: No bathroom but close to the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped. Duvet and pillows are available. Sheets and towels can be rented for SEK 75/singing. The double bed is 140 cm wide, the other beds between 90-120 cm wide.

Stay in our beautiful stuga (2022) with a traditional look and modern interior. Enjoy the unique sound of cranes, and spot a deer or moose in the backyard during Summer. Take a walk along the stream, and discover the different colours of trees in the Autumn. Explore the white world and the frozen lake in the Winter. And experience the awakening of nature during Spring. The stuga is suitable for max. 2 persons.

A sacred space used for yoga classes and gong/crystal bowl baths. There is a cozy wood stove and sleeping loft for two people. It also has a veranda for coffee under the trees. It is a short two minute walk to the lake and the center of Molkom Village. It is also close to the Angsbacka Festival and Course Center with all its events.
