Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Ein Kamin im Wohnzimmer mit Kreuzgewölbe, 2 Schlafzimmer, Küche, ein Bad mit Badewanne, Dusche & WC sowie ein Gäste-WC sind über 3 Etagen und auf über 100qm verteilt. Die Sonnenterrasse ist mein 2. Wohnzimmer: Gemütlich draußen essen oder in der Lounge-Ecke bei einem Glas Wein entspannen – einfach das Leben genießen.

Frisch renoviert, bietet unser charmantes Townhaus auf 80qm genügend Platz für einen erholsamen Aufenthalte einer ganzen Familie in Potsdam. Neben 2 Schlafzimmern, einem großen Wohn-Esszimmer, einer modernen Küche, einem Badezimmer und einer Gästetoilette, gibt es noch einen kleinen Garten inkl. Terrassenbereich, sowie 2 PKW-Stellplätze. Alle Räume sind eben und auch mit einem Rollstuhl gut erreichbar. Freies W-Lan, 2 LED-TV´s mit Netflix und Prime Video stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

The fully equipped accommodation is located on the ground floor with ground floor access. After a short walk (about 3 minutes) you can reach the accommodation by various public transport (regional train, tram, bus). You can do small shopping for food, flowers, books, pharmacy, bike rental, restaurants and pizza service within 200 meters to the accommodation. New from 09/ 2022: Optionally, 1 parking space can be booked on the property for 5.00€/night.

Ob romantisches Wochenende zu zweit, Natururlaub oder kreative Workation mit Aussicht. Hier findest Du Ruhe, Komfort und den perfekten Sonnenuntergang. Im Sommer wie im Winter. Das Grundstück bietet die Möglichkeit für weitere Schlafplätze ein Zelt gegen Aufpreis aufzustellen.

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

The Art-Quartier is located in the Potsdam Cultural Landscape in the immediate vicinity of Lake Jungfern. For 2 guests, the apartment offers a romantic and quiet place for complete relaxation. It is also an ideal starting point for excursions to the parks and castles. Cecelienhof Palace is, for example, only a 10-minute walk away. The historic city center offers all tourist amenities with a wide range of cultural activities.

Small but fine, this well-kept apartment with about 40 square meters is near Schlachtensee in Zehlendorf. It is located in the basement and is fully equipped. The modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. A private shower room as well as a spacious wardrobe are also available. Parking is available in front of the house. A dip in the Schlachtensee is within walking distance.
