Švica Home with a View

S&D House is located in Svica,7km away from Otočac. It offers accommodation, free WiFi, parking and a large yard. The house has a bedroom, a living room, a gallery with two French beds, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and another separate toilet. In the basement of the house there is a socializing room containing a table with chairs, an auxiliary kitchen and a tavern for tasting products from our own OPG. In the summer months, guests can also use the organic vegetable garden and barbecue.

House Arupium is located near the river Gacka, only 3 km from the center of the town of Otočac. The house is 60 m2, and is fully equipped. It has a terrace in front of the house overlooking the river and mountains, and a smaller terrace located on the river itself. The house has been completely renovated and furnished with new furniture.

The house has two bedrooms. One room with double bed and one with separate beds. It also has one additional bed in every rooms. A kitchen is equipped with gas cooking stove, electric oven and fridge and coffee machine. Bigger bathroom has toilet and a shower and there is also a small separated toilet.
