Excellent host, communicative person and gave us space on the last day to leave the accommodation later. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable accommodation in the area!!

The planned apartment had had damage: our host warned us in advance and offered us another accommodation in the same building. Everything was perfect: the place is beautiful, the apartment in excellent condition, the huge balcony and the view delighted us. And we enjoyed the fruit, cake, and fruit juice waiting for us. We will be back with pleasure in this bay, so peaceful and welcoming.

Great location, 20m from the beach, beautiful views, everything at your fingertips. You go out of the building and you are on the boardwalk, walk 10 steps and you are on the beach. 100 meters from the stairwell well stocked and cheap greengrocer. Downstairs in the building a cafe and an inexpensive restaurant next door. You go to the city and there are many eateries and cafes, grocery stores. There are many different places to visit within 15 kilometers. Elias's unit itself is 80s style, but it's clean and well-maintained. The only drawback was the lack of a separate bedroom. The description shows that such a bedroom is located in the apartment, but it turned out to be only a bedroom with a bed. But the inconvenience is compensated by the location and the great views from the balcony where we had meals, we had coffee in the morning, and wine in the evening. On weekend nights, there may be noise from the boardwalk. However, during the week it gets quiet with the night. We had a great stay at Elias's overall. Thank you so much.

The apartment was very clean with new furniture. Vasilis was always available. A nice place for all the year.

First booking from the platform, great experience. The apartment is exactly as in the pictures, comfortably accommodated a family with 2 children. From appliances, small appliances, kitchen utensils, etc. there was everything, that there is in everyone's home (even olive oil!). Quiet place very close to the center and the beach. We thank Mrs. Georgia for the stay!

This was a fantastic and comfortable place to stay. The apartment was in a convenient location for walking to the castle (getting to the castle involves a lot of stairs but is worth a visit). George was happy to give us a late check out which was much appreciated. He was communicative and helpful. The apartment is all on one floor, straight off the street and we were able to park on the straight almost directly outside. We had a great stay here and I would highly recommend it.

Very beautiful and well cared for indoor space with beautiful garden. It has everything we needed in the kitchen. The parking space accommodated 7 vehicles with no issue. The hosts were very discreet and responsive to everything and were flexible with the check out time. The route to the center of Patras is very pleasant and you never understand you arrived

We stayed 3 nights to visit the surroundings a bit and our stay was really pleasant! Efi waited for us with fresh fruit, fresh water in the fridge and everything we needed for breakfast the next day! We ate in his tavern, he lets you into the kitchen as if you were at home, the food is very good! We were with the dog and Efi was offered to look after him if needed during our day visits, there was no need but still thank you! The house has a beautiful garden, but you can also freely wander around its vineyard and anywhere on the property. Everything is simple but very clean! When we left, she prepared a container with her fresh fruit for the trip. It felt like leaving relatives. Thanks Efi for everything, hospitality, food, the wonderful apricots, and a greeting to Teo and Bella who greeted us every day!

A great location exactly as described. The pool area is clean and has it's own bathroom. It's a short distance from the village centre in a quiet location. While it is walkable a car is essential. The kitchen was well appointed and clean. The view from the terrace is superb. We booked it for six people which meant that the upper floor was unavailable. I retrospect we should have booked the whole house as the view from these rooms must be spectacular!

Beautiful place that made you feel quite friendly, quiet neighborhood and spot that is the house but also close to the center. I'll go for it again maybe in the future.

Everything is as described, very good (small and cute). Our only reservations are about the location, not the accommodation: we arrived on a Sunday afternoon and the port is a huge parking lot for buses and cars, which then loses all charm, it's a shame that the municipality does not know how to resist overtourism.

This is a charming house in a quiet neighborhood just steps away from a multitude of restaurants and shops. It was a 15 minute easy walk to the Delphi Archeological Site (Oracle) which we totally enjoyed. The house has two full apartments, one on the ground floor and on below which faces the garden. There is also a loft upstairs with single beds and a porch on the ground floor overlooking a lovely view overlooking the garden below and the gulf in the distance. It was perfect for 2 older couples traveling together but would be equally comfortable for families. Although George lives in Athens he was quick to communicate by messages via Airbnb. We highly recommend this place.

We would like to thank the hosts who welcomed us with a lot of kindness and were consistent in our check-in schedule. Our family had a flawless stay at the place. The hosts had made sure to have the home super clean and equipped with everything necessary for our stay. Congratulations on taking care of every detail and cleanliness. It is also a great advantage for the residence and the outdoor space in which our children had a pleasant time. We strongly recommend the accommodation to all families with young children to spend their holidays there. Thank you to the hosts who made us feel at home.

It's all as I expected and as other users described it. Everything was tidy and clean ,Mrs. Paraskevi very communicative , understandable,helpful (so is her husband) and gold!!!!Her sweets as well as the liqueur better than professional. I was delighted. I highly recommend it .

Our stay at Mrs. Fotini's house was excellent from beginning to end. Mrs. Fotini is a very sweet person and made us feel at home from the first moment. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. If you are looking for accommodation in the area, I highly recommend it!
