The Winzerhaus, built in the 17th century for up to 5 residents, with up to 2 baby beds on request, will inspire you, give you security, happiness, comfort, energy - whatever you are looking for. We have carefully restored the historic winegrower's house: that's why there are uneven walls, vaulted ceilings and thick walls. But also a lot of modern things: pool, sauna, a large outdoor kitchen, barbecue, 2 terraces, fireplace & wood stove.

The spacious 70m² two-bedroom apartment, with an open-plan design, has been carefully renovated to offer the highest standard of comfort. The apartment features two bedrooms, modern box spring beds, a comfortable seating area and work desk, as well as two bathrooms with underfloor heating and separate toilets. The view extends to the terraces of the Singerriedl vineyards and local church. Facilities include a kitchen, coffee machine, flat screen TV, telephone and safe.

This cottage-style retreat offers stunning views of Kloster Göttweig and private vineyard access, creating a perfect, serene atmosphere. Ideal for exploring nearby renowned wineries like Malat or Geyerhof and enjoying the great outdoors. Amenities include bicycles, a lush garden, and spaces ideal for romantic dinners and wine tastings.

The refuge (we also use this ourselves) invites you to switch off from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy. On the first floor, you will find a spacious, light-flooded living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen including wine cooler. The double doors open here to the sun terrace with a small natural garden. On the upper floor there are the two bedrooms and the large bathroom. One of the rooms also has a charming gallery as a retreat.

For nature lovers and culture enthusiasts, this individually located apartment is perfect. It is similar to a small house on the outskirts and is romantically framed by a gentle wine landscape, aprill trees and a large private natural garden. For hikes, bike rides and excursions, forest, meadows and the Danube are easily accessible from the door. Also cultural highlights such as Göttweig Abbey, the Kunstmeile Krems, the Wachau and many more are all nearby.

Steinhaus Wachau

Our 16th century home was recently renovated with the aim of adding modern amenities while preserving historic features. The result is a spacious, comfortable living area within 500-year-old stone walls. The property contains a full kitchen, a dining area that seats 10, a living area with streaming TV, three bedrooms that sleep 8, and two and half bathrooms. The house is perfectly suited for both families with children and groups of adults.

Das Gemeinschaftswohnprojekt "Der Garten der Generationen" freut sich auf Gäste, die für kürzere oder längere Zeit hier auf unserem grossen Gelände mit Gärten, Trampolin, Tipi, Regenwasserteich, Feuerstelle, uvm. verweilen wollen um auszuspannen, im Garten mit anzupacken oder einfach ausprobieren möchten, wie es ist in einem "ökologischem Dorf" zu leben. Kinder sind herzlich willkommen.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for a trip for a few days in the beautiful Wachau. With magnificent views of Dürnstein and plenty of space, it is easy to stay. The winery has a wine tavern (Heuriger) which is open seasonally and leaves hardly any culinary desire unfulfilled. Whether hiking, biking or walking, there is so much to discover in the Wachau World Heritage Site.
