My apartment is located in the absolutely quiet rear building in the middle of the lively Brunnenviertel, right next to the famous Brunnenmarkt and Yppenplatz. It is very centrally located with a tram stop right outside the front door (with the "Bim" you can get to the city center, 1st district in 10 minutes), the U-Bahn is just around the corner on the Gürtel. Various shops, restaurants and bars are in the immediate vicinity.

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

We also live on the property in our own house, so we are always available.
