Welcome to the "Kressi-Nest"! In 2021, we lovingly expanded this cozy bright attic apartment. We are looking forward to likeable and friendly guests who appreciate our holiday nest. Our cozy Kressi-Nest has 55 square meters and is very quietly located in a cul-de-sac directly at the "Schlößlepark" and about a 3-minute walk from the lake (lake park). The Kressi-Nest is ideally suited for 2 people. We love children, but the Kressi-Nest is not suitable for (small) children.

Kressbronn am Bodensee "Time Out by the Lake"

The apartment "Auszeit am See" is located in Kressbronn, a quiet place on Lake Constance with good infrastructure. Centrally located and yet completely quiet, as away from the road towards the lake in a well-kept residential complex on the 2nd floor (Haus Argenpark) with elevator. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher so that you can spend more time in the wonderful Lake Constance region with swimming, cycling, hiking. Indulge in the wonderful gastronomy of the region.

Seekind

Located in Kressbronn, the holiday apartment 'Seekind' offers a lake view directly from the premises. The 75 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an additional toilet and can accommodate 5 people. Available amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace for home office, a dishwasher and two smart TVs. Laundry service is available (for a fee).

It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

In a unique lake location, our exclusive duplex apartment for 2 people awaits you with direct lake access and shared use of the beautiful garden with natural beach. The Bella vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building. It has about 129 sqm, 4 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a lounge with dining area and a beautiful large balcony with barbecue. The apartment has been furnished with a lot of love for detail. It's just a few minutes' walk to Lake Constance. Baker, train station, Edeka, a farm shop and other stores are within walking distance. Tourist tax is not included in price

Since we love to travel ourselves and are on the go a lot, we decided to rent out part of our completely renovated house. The apartment enchants with a large balcony (23 square meters), from which you can often see the mountains. The way to beautiful Lake Constance can be combined with a wonderful walk through the orchards. In four minutes (on foot) you are at Edeka, as is Lidl just around the corner.
