Very nice, clean apartment in quiet surroundings. In addition, a very nice and uncomplicated contact with the host, always quick to reach for concerns or questions.

The apartment is located in a quiet, clean residential area and within walking distance of the city. The key handover via keybox worked smoothly, and the communication was very pleasant and warm. We have found a place to stay for our next visits to Braunschweig!

The apartment is very nice, and I found everything I needed there. I have enjoyed the two weeks I have spent here. The only small disadvantage: due to the location at an intersection, it can occasionally be a bit noisy. Overall, however, I can definitely recommend the apartment.

Andrea's place has a superb location. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for walks along the beautiful parks nearby. Public transportation is within walking distance. Andrea was kind enough to let us use her carport and charge our EV during our stay. The place is well-ventilated and very sunny. Communication with Andrea was easy; she always responded quickly and also speaks English, so there were no language barriers. We had a minor issue (not worth going into detail here), but what is worth mentioning is that Andrea provided solutions and compensated us accordingly. I can recommend Andrea's place if you need a place in Braunschweig.
