The area is very child-friendly with several hiking and activity opportunities just outside the door. There are also several beaches, as well as playgrounds and training facilities (paddle tennis, etc.). Short distance to the fitness center and grocery stores (4 min), city center (10 min), Sørlandssenteret and Dyreparken (15 min).

Flakk Gård is located in scenic surroundings by the Tovdalselva river. The apartment is totally newly renovated and is characterized by charm and tranquility. The place is good for couples, friends, families (with children), and groups. The bedrooms are arranged for two families on the trip, but are also great for a group of friends on a fishing trip. Tovdalselva is a renowned salmon river, and large fish is taken both up and down the river.

Downstairs there is a double bed of 180 cm. 5 bedrooms We have hot water included(It says it's not included, that I can't change it) Bed linen including towels costs NOK 100 per person, please let us know if you want it. Most people bring their own.
