Very cozy cabin in an idyllic location. Here you can enjoy views of the river and fantastic scenery. It also has Ballbinge and Setesdalsbanen nearby. The cabin is located only 10 minutes from R9, 20 minutes from Vennesla, 30 minutes from Kristiansand, and 45 minutes from Kristiansand Zoo. It is 100 meters from cycle route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need a fishing license.

Cabin on Flekkerøy with a lovely view of Oksøy. Sun from morning to evening, undisturbed outdoor area, fire pan and grill. Fireplace/wood stove for autumn/winter. Good play opportunities for children with large lawns and a small playground within 1 minute walking distance. Furnished, large and sunny veranda/terrace on both sides. Nice, large hiking areas. Both prepared walkways and paths around the island. There is also an accessible coastal path around parts of the island. 1 minute walk to the swimming area with beach, Svaberg and good fishing opportunities.

På våren er det mulig oppleve storfugl, i det minste høre Tiurens klikkelyder. Her kan man nyte utsikten over innsjøen. Oppleve skogens totale mørke eller stjernehimmelen uten lysforurensing. privat isbadekulp, og herlige naturopplevelser i skogen med et rikt dyreliv. Hytta har en bratt skrent på fremsiden men med gjerde. Har parkeringsplass med hovedvei til hytta og med hytta, noe smal vei opp til hytta. Stor brygge med bord og stoler. Hytta har innlagt vann. Hytta har helt nytt toalett. Internett og TV skjem. Innebygd terrasse med skyvedør/vinduer. 2 soverom med køyesenger 2 soverom med dobbeltseng.

Cabin with annex is undisturbed at the end of a dead end, west facing and sunny on a plateau with great views. Private swimming area and rock with good fishing opportunities only 50 meters below the cabin. Good hiking opportunities in the area. If you are going to Sørlandsbesøk or to the Zoo, this is an excellent option.

Velkommen til idylliske Flekkerøy. Her finnes gode solforhold og bademuligheter. Boligen har høy standard med brygge og privat platting som er godt møblert. Du finner spisegruppe, solstoler, parasoll, gassgrill og loungemøbler der deilige soldager kan nytes. Det tar ca 25 minutt å kjøre til Dyreparken, 20 minutt til Kristiansand sentrum og 3 minutt kjøring til matbutikk. Det finnes også kollektivtilbud i nærheten.
