There is a possibility to eat outdoors on the front of the apartment, on the back of the apartment where there is outdoor furniture by the garden. There are plenty of blueberries, lingonberries and mushrooms in the forest when it is the season for them.

Brand new compact living apartment of 45 sqm, in the middle of central Åhus. 15-minute walk to the sea, and fantastic environment. The apartment is fully equipped. 55-inch TV is available with Chromecast. Large kitchen that is also fully equipped. If you want to live in a different home, with a nice feel and nice decor, this is a home for you! Pool is available for use for an additional fee. The pool is available June-August. You have access to a patio with a lounge area and dining table.

Välkommen till vårt hemtrevliga annex på cirka 50 m² – ett charmigt och privat boende med egen uteplats. Annexet ligger intill vår familjs hus men är helt avskilt med egen ingång. Läget är bra – här har du närhet till det mesta: Ca 15 minuters promenad till stranden. 10 minuter till hamnen med flera restauranger. 5 minuter till större livsmedelsbutiker ( ICA Kvantum eller Willys) För barnfamiljer (eller lekfulla vuxna!) erbjuder vi även tillgång till fotbollsmål, och basketkorg. The accommodation consists of a basement of 90 sq m. There are 2 sleeping rums, a kitchen with a stove (two plates) microwave and refrigerator and separate freezer and one living rum. They are free parking and to wash and detergent is included. The accommodation is located near a centre with Coop, Pharmacy, Pizzeria, bakery and a gas station. It is very close to bus connections to both Kristianstad Centrum (Local bus 80 meters) and Malmö, Simrishamn and Ystad (Express bus 500 meters).
