The apartment is located very centrally in a separate courtyard house and consists of 1 room, kitchen and shower/toilet distributed over 43 sqm. In the bedroom, there is a separable double bed, wardrobe, sofa group with TV. In the kitchen, there is a sink, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and other equipment. A bed is in the kitchen. In addition, there are two foldable tourist beds and a travel bed for small children. Freezer is in a storage room next door.

Do you want to stay at the edge of the forest, wake up to the sound of the neighbor's goats and be close to town? Great when the kids have a tournament at the arena, on a business trip, for a walk in the woods after work, on the way to and from the mountains. The cottage is a 5-minute drive from the E18, or for those of you who fish in Lake Vänern and have a boat trailer, we have plenty of space. Full kitchen. Bathroom with shower/WC. With proximity to Lake Vänern, there is the opportunity to enjoy the surroundings with the whole family in this cottage with associated guest house for a total of 8 people! Bike path connects this idyll with nice beaches just 5 minutes away, bikes are of course available to borrow for the whole family! Sjötorp/Göta Kanal can be reached by bike in just over 20 minutes (car 8 minutes). Skara Sommarland, Tiveden National Park, golf course, etc. are located in the nearby area! The cottage is also a perfect stop on Highway 26, on the way to the Swedish mountains!

Berglagsleden route is a well-known hiking route of 280 km right by the house. We overlook a lake where you can enjoy fishing no fishing license needed. Swimming, sailing, canoeing and paddleboarding. Within walking distance, you will find a café restaurant, supermarket and pastry shop. We are surrounded by the forest. You will also find Hammarö Archipelago Museum on the outskirts of the headland, which offers a unique collection of objects from the old Vänern fishing and an exhibition about life on the lighthouses in Lake Vänern.

Private parking space with room for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the lake and 12 km by car to the large square in Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it by the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

This apartment is part of a converted row of workers’ cottages on our farm, which is situated on the edge of the Kilsbergen mountain range, 2 kilometres south of the village of Mullhyttan. Parts of the apartment is newly renovated and contains everything you will need for staying. In the surrounding countryside there are beautiful walking paths. The local bus stops 250 metres from the front door. You will find a lovely lake for swimming 4 kilometres away,and the large town Örebro 40 km away.
