Perfect for the family, friends or a relaxing weekend just the two of you in front of the fireplace and the nice view. Ski in, ski out for cross-country skis - where the cabin's sauna awaits after the end of the ride. A stone's throw from the cabin is a nice disc golf course, exercise track and excursion destination. 35 km to Åre, 32 km to Trillevallen, 50 km to Bydalen. Grocery store (Ica), gas station (OKQ8), café are located in the village of Mörsil.

Rislägden in Åre municipality is a paradise in summer and winter. Bright and nice summer evenings around the campfire, snowmobile and winter activities in winter. Kallsjön is right outside the living room window, with the possibility of fishing. Hunting grounds in the hills and mountains around. Amazing views of the lake and Åreskutan. 12 km to Järpen city center. Possibility for cross-country skiing in the illuminated track, swimming pool and Curling hall. 19 km to Huså, 30 km to Åre/Bjørnen, which is known for its slalom slopes.

Villa in family-friendly Sånghusvallen, just outside Östersund. There is sleeping space for 4-5 people with room for more. With a soccer goal, countless soccer balls, a trampoline and a hot tub on the spacious terrace, there is something to do for most of the family. In the garden you will also find fresh spices, strawberries, wild strawberries and other goodies in summer. We moved in late 2020, which is why we dare to say that the accommodation meets the vast majority of expectations you can have for a newly built house.

The newly built small guest house is located on Birka Strand in Ås, about 10 km outside Östersund. The view is beyond the ordinary with a view of the big lake and Oviksfjällen. Smart and efficiently planned space. In the house, there is a wood stove and wood. Sleeping loft 180 cm bed, large bathroom with underfloor heating and shower. Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Gårdsstugan i Offerdal

Välkommen till vår nyrenoverade och familjevänliga sommarstuga på vår lantgård i Offerdal. Här bor du lugnt och naturnära med fjäll, skog och sjöar i närheten – perfekt för både avkoppling och utflykter. På gården finns kor, häst och katt, vilket brukar uppskattas av både barn och vuxna. Sommartid finns mysiga caféer inom gång- eller cykelavstånd samt fina badplatser, fiskevatten och skogar rika på bär och svamp. Täcken och kuddar finns. Sängkläder tas med eller kan hyras för 60 kr/set.

There is also a wide range of activities in the area. The cottage has lake views, fishing, forest, mountain hiking and swimming opportunities around the house. The cottage is cozily decorated with all the amenities you might need. There is a fireplace that makes the cottage, if possible, even cozier. Wi-Fi is available.

Cozy cottage in wonderful Jämtland

In the middle of beautiful Jämtland, you will find this cozy cottage in a beautiful landscape. This cottage of about 50 sqm has what you can wish for and need for a vacation or relaxation. Light a fire in the lovely stove and play a fun game. The surroundings offer skiing both downhill and cross-country, hiking and snowmobiling. Only 5 km away, you will find Almåsa and Änge cross-country trails. Several different hiking trails with wonderful views and bird towers are nearby.

Det händer något med oss när vi tar oss tid att bara vara. Att leva det lite primitiva livet för en stund utan för den delen behöva tumma på alla bekvämligheter. Att släppa på vardagens bestyr, lägga ifrån sig mobilen och låta sig förunnas av det som finns runt om. Tända en eld, paddla kanot, titta ut över vattenbrynet från sängkanten då även bävern kan simma förbi ibland, koka kaffe och laga mat över öppen eld. Sängen är färdigbäddad när du/ni kommer. Hjärtligt välkommen!

Gäster påpekar lugnet/tystnaden & den porlande bäck som rinner intill stugan som skapar ett lugnande ljud. Något som de flesta av våra gäster uppskattar och påtalar är vy mot sjö och fjäll och närheten till stranden. Stuga ligger på vår hustomt med trevlig belägenhet 15 min biltur från Östersund. Stugan har 2 enkel sängar (se foton) och en bäddsoffa. Eget kök, dusch/toalett. Golvvärme. Parkering på vår uppfart.
