House in beautiful Laxviken in Jämtland, 80 km northwest of Östersund. The house is on a small farm with grazing cows around the corner. In the summer, you can swim in crystal clear water at the swimming jetty just near the house, or take a nice walk along the lake. Proximity to excellent fishing waters, mountains, berry and mushroom forests. In the neighboring village of Laxsjö, there is a grocery store that is praised for its nice service and selection. Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Din familj kommer att ha nära till allt när ni bor i detta centralt belägna boende. Det ingår ett set med sängkläder och ett set med handduk per person. Boendet har egen ingång. Kök med diskmaskin. 100 meter till Storsjön, 4,5 km till centrum, 50 meter till busshållplats med bra förbindelser. Skidskyttestadion ligger 5 km bort. Vid bokning för tre personer ställer vi in en extra säng. Är det en väldigt sen bokning på samma dag så skicka förfrågan om det är möjligt med extra säng innan.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Utsikt mot fjällvärden, idyllisk natur. Ligger 30 minuter norr om Östersund. Närhet till sjö samt Hårkan, en älv, känd som en av de bästa fiskeälvarna i Sverige. Sju minuter till Icabutik som har öppet dygnet runt, laddstolpar. Lits camping ligger 14 minuter bort. 4-bed fishing cottage just beside Långan

Cottage with simpler standard perfect for fishing in the river Långan. Fishing prohibited: 1 sept-31 okt och 15 april-31 maj In the main room there is a fireplace, a dining table and four beds. In the kitchenette there is a gas stove with two burners and simple kitchen equipment for four people. Outhouse in a separate storage house. The cottage is located downstream of Lillforsen in Långan on the west side of the river a couple of hundred meters from the road.

Ca 1 timme med bil till magisk fjällvärld sommar som vinter, ca 25 min med bil till centrala Östersund med ett stort utbud av restauranger och andra nöjen. Stor bastu finns på gården i en separat byggnad, lånas mot en avgift. Djur tillåtet, dock inte katt pga allergi.
