In 10 minutes, you can walk to Sahlgrenska Hospital or the Botanical Garden. In Änggården you can enjoy beautiful nature, a running track/barbecue area/outdoor gym. If you continue via Botaniska into Slottsskogen, you will then come to all of Linnègatan's restaurants and watering holes. The bus is about 2-3 minutes away and several buses take you directly to Avenyn in 9 minutes and the Central Station in 20 minutes.

Parking and internet are included. If you take the car here, you also avoid driving through the city center and all the complicated traffic.
