The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is on level ground and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room is a large flat screen. And many shelves with books to suit every taste.

The apartment has been newly renovated and is in an attractive location. It is only a 10-minute walk to the water (Kiel Fjord/Kiellinie), a supermarket (Rewe) is around the corner, parking and a bus stop are right in front of the house. The area invites you to take longer walks and the bus to Kiel city center (7 km away) is only a few meters from the property. The beaches of the Baltic Sea are 20-30 minutes away by car. The Molfsee open-air museum is close by.
