In few minutes walking distance from our Villa here are many sandy organized or not beaches and you could visit some of our sandy beaches (Marcelo and Krios beach) in Parikia with a small boat, a unique experience. There are many monuments such as the famous Ekatondapiliani (One Hundred doors) church, the archaeological museum, the Byzantine museum, the Venetian castle etc. During the summer months daily excursions to neighboring islands are organized from the port of Paros. This Sea View Loft is located on the main seaside street of Paroikia. All restauratns, cafes and bars are only seconts away. Also the main entrance is from the main market traditional settlement where all the shops are.It combines all the life and at the same time relaxing and quiet (because cars and scooters are not allowed from 19.00-07.00) for those who really want to stay at the best spot of the town! Even during the day this street is super quiet!

Loads of love and effort for this particular house. I think it’s my favorite comparing to our first one (Krios Luxury Suites) which is right below, maybe because it’s blue! Just a breath away from the beaches of Krios & Marchello, with an amazing view and unique sunsets. The house is located in Krios area which is close to town (Parikia) but far away from the noise. Here you will find your piece and calmness.
