In addition to a filter coffee machine, there is also a Senseo coffee pad machine in the kitchen. An 11KW wallbox for charging your electric car is available on the premises (the electricity is billed to us)

The attached pictures hopefully give a good impression of the atmosphere of the rooms. We constantly strive to keep the apartment nice and modern. Through a private entrance you enter the 35 sqm apartment with new kitchen, new bathroom and modern designed living area. From here it is just a few minutes' walk to the fjord and by public transport (ferry or bus) you are within a very short time in the city center.

The modern 40 sqm apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the newly built extension of our residential building and has a light-flooded living room with a comfortable couch and flat-screen TV, as well as a double bed. In front of the gates of Kiel lies the Marutendorf estate in the middle of the Westensee Nature Park. We can accommodate 2-16 people in 4 (website hidden) on the first floor of the former horse stable with direct access to the courtyard lake.
