Ideal for larger groups and especially families with children, this house has an open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It is quietly located below Neuschwanstein. The lake and Tegelberg are within easy walking distance. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a table tennis table and football goals as well as a basketball hoop.

Wonderful location, surrounded by nature, far from the chaos of the city, we really relaxed, reminiscent of typical Italian mountain houses, in the most niche areas. Spectacular!!!!

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation offers everything you need and with sauna, jacuzzi and pool table or barbecue also a nice change for everyday life. As a suggestion for improvement, only a privacy screen in the "spa area", as it is somewhat insightful due to the neighboring houses. All in all, we felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation because of its amenities and also because of its location. Communication with Manuela was flawless.

It was all excellent! Super nice area, extremely quiet and great hiking trails right from the house. We met the landlord briefly, super nice people. Otherwise, you have complete peace and quiet, self check in/check out is also great. Highly recommend.

We spent a week in the beautiful house in the middle of a fantastic garden. In total, we were four adults and four children between 0 and 3 years old. The layout with two rooms upstairs and a shared bathroom was perfect for us with two families. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired with a coffee machine, toaster, hand mixer and salad spinner and the children were delighted with building blocks, Duplo and various games. The garden is huge and beautiful and was used extensively by us. Our hosts not only provided us with helpful tips for activities in the area, but also spoiled us with fresh rolls and homemade cakes. We even received active support when filling the paddling pool! Georg and Giesela are probably unbeatable in terms of cordiality. We will definitely come back and say thank you for a wonderful holiday with you!

We had a great time with five friends. We were able to have a great time staying at the place and surroundings. We were completely to ourselves and could easily reach beautiful excursion destinations. The stay was absolutely uncomplicated. Katja and family were extremely friendly. Highly recommended if you like a simple rustic but spacious and original cottage. We would come back anytime!

This place is stunning and accommodated our group of 8 with ease. We all absolutely loved it here. The views from the verandah are picture perfert with plenty to do in the nearby area. Be aware there is a washing machine and dryer fee. The house itself so warm and immaculately clean. Highly recommend this place.

A very nice, high-quality accommodation (perhaps apart from the hair dryer), where they really thought things through. Everything you need is there, the view of the mountains is a dream and the pool and whirlpool make the whole thing complete after hiking in the great area. Lukas responded immediately and nicely to questions. I really highly recommend this place.

We had a great time in Antje's apartment! It is very well equipped and we felt comfortable right away. The private lake terrace is a highlight, especially when the place is full on vacation days. The location is really great and you have a wide variety of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The small village shop is also just around the corner. We will be happy to come back! 🙂

We had a wonderful two-night stay and wished we could stay longer! The host was nice and quick to respond. The apartment was super clean, cozy, and had an amazing rustic design that made it feel warm and special. It had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. We felt right at home and would love to stay there again!

We have as a complete family (8 adults, 4 children) went on vacation together. The house is spacious, has a great location, is very well equipped and relaxing to live in even on rainy days.

We made lifelong memories as a family in this house. The host was outstandingly responsive and polite. The house is modern, clean, cozy, spacious, and amazing for a family reunion. The kitchen had all tools necessary for a comfortable home cooking experience. If we needed something - they had it! Super home for a family with a kid or kids. The location is peaceful and secluded, but you can walk to a promenade or a nearby restaurant easily if you want to socialize. About an hour on a taxi from the Munich airport which was reasonable for us. We would go there every year! We loved it so much!

We spent five wonderful days with Jens and Sabine and felt completely comfortable. The apartment corresponds exactly to the photos in the listing – in addition, our accommodation even included a terrace, which was a real highlight. The kitchen is excellently equipped and offers everything you need for self-catering. The pool was as described – with a pleasant 30 degrees water temperature, ideal also for small children. In addition, washing machines are available, which can be used at a very fair price - very practical! We hardly noticed Jens, Sabine and their children, but the contact was very friendly and warm. The spacious garden was allowed to be used completely, including toys for the little ones - a great extra! Overall, an all-round successful stay with great hosts. We will be happy to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house in Kappl! The home was exactly as described in the listing—clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our family. The pool area was truly a highlight—perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. everything was perfect. Very nice private apartment spacious enough for 4 persons (especially 2 adults + 2 children). Recently completely renovated in a very tasteful way; spacious and bright. Equipped with plenty of household items (soap, washing-up liquid, garbage bags, but also tea and coffee). The location and the view are also beautiful; I would recommend adding some photos of the outside because Google maps may give a wrong impression of the surroundings. Lots of beautiful hiking trails and cross-country skiing trails directly nearby and the ski lift can also be reached on foot. The only thing you don't have in this season is direct sunlight in the part of the (front)garden that you can actively use. If I had to come up with a point of improvement: put down a folder with a description of how appliances (such as the special but nice coffee maker) work and where you have to/are allowed to go with your waste. But otherwise, it's great. Communication with Isabel was very easy and fast.

We liked it very much with Julia & her family. Fritzi & Cookie immediately understood each other & played a lot. Flexible check-in option, you could always ring Julia's doorbell or write to her in case of problems. The apartment was in a perfect location for us, only 15-20 minutes from the Eibsee. Since we had great weather, we were actually only sleeping in the accommodation, would definitely like to come again. Many thanks to Julia & her family for the beautiful time

Super nice apartment on the golf course with lots of indoor accommodation and separate bedrooms. When the weather is nice, you can eat together outside, in private, at a long table or let the day end by the fire. We'll be back for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It’s located in a great area, and we felt very much at home during our time there. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. They gave us great recommendations for local attractions and places to visit, which really made our trip special. When we had an issue with our car, the host went out of their way to help us – we’re truly grateful for that support! The communication was smooth and warm from start to finish, and we especially appreciated the kind message after our departure. Highly recommended – we would definitely stay here again!

A great home base if you prefer a quieter neighborhood. Marcel was a responsive and accommodating host. We walked everywhere - to the train station, Partnachklamm Gorge, Zugspitzbahnhof, and local restaurants and groceries. The last few blocks are a bit steep, but worth it. The suite has everything you need, including an outdoor patio area that we didn’t get around to using but it looked nice. There’s a wonderful hike that begins steps from the suite, ending in a great vista just past Tannenhutte (across the bridge) and loops back a few streets over - strongly recommend!

Chris and Veronika were super accommodating and very friendly. Location was great, view from the property was amazing, and the cleanliness/quality of the apartment was stunning. One of the nicest places we’ve stayed via Airbnb and will absolutely look to stay here again the next time we’re in this region.

Our stay was simply wonderful! Every expectation that we had was exceeded. The property was spacious and beautiful. The 360 degree views from the balcony were stunning!!! The location was perfect and provided a short walk to restaurants, grocery shopping as well as the train station. Finally, our host, Sezai made our stay worry free from booking to checkout.
