Comfortable and modern (completed in 2016) bungalow apartment for 2 to 4 people (+ junior bed 165cm), located in an independent cottage in an old park, part of a large (36ha) private former mill settlement “Uroczysko Połomja”, located in Jurassic Landscape Park. The area of the cottage is 47m2, including a double bedroom, a kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed (for 2 people), a bathroom with a toilet and a shower, a room with a wardrobe and a junior bed. We opened our holiday cottage, tucked between dense forests at the junction of the Silesian Voivodeship with Łódź, we opened up for the "amateurs" of nature, peace and quiet. The house is surrounded by beautiful pine trees and birch trees, located 10 minutes on foot, a forest road from the picturesque serpentines of the Warta River. We're coming here family to catch a breath from the city. At the rest of the time we are not using it, we decided to give it to you so that you can also enjoy the charms of our place…

Pilot House in Konopnica

The cottage is located in the picturesque village of Konopnica on the river Warta, surrounded by numerous forests, which influences clean air. There are two outdoor seating areas next to the cottage, which are very useful on hot days from the north. Next to the cottage you'll find a terrace overlooking the grassy landscapes of ultra-plants from which you can watch the beautiful sunsets. The opportunity to see the neighborhood with a bird's eye. The beach is a 15-minute walk or a 25-minute walk across the river.

The location of the apartment guarantees comfort, saving time and money, and the high floor allows you to enjoy the view of the city and the surrounding area not only from the windows but also the spacious balcony. Nearby are an aquapark with a sauna area (10 minutes walk) and Częstochowa colleges. Public transit stops and shopping malls are also close by. Although the apartment is located in a large housing estate, it provides peace and quiet necessary for rest.
