Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Ksamil

Had a great stay. wonderful to sit on the porch sipping tea watching the city come alive. Great views from the wraparound balcony overlooking the sea and city from a 7th floor view. Easy walk to all of town and waterfront but far enough away to not be bothered by all the traffic and noise. Very comfortable accommodation and a functioning elevator. when hauling luggage an elevator is a nice touch. Multiple grocery stores and restaurants very close. This place is saved on my list as try and reserve if I return to Sarande. My thanks to my host.

The place was amazing, spacious, cleaned, and very close to everything to all the beaches you want to visit and see. Arbiona was very helpful with all the requests we had. I highly recommend this place.

Vivi was a wonderful host and very helpful from start to finish. She offered to arrange a private transfer from the airport, she gave us recommendations for local beaches and helped us navigate the tricky public transport system. Vivi was always quick to respond and keen to assist us with anything we had an issue with. The studio was lovely - bright and clean and exactly like the description. It's literally a two minute walk from Kalami beach and right across from a supermarket. I cannot recommend Vivi's place enough!

The reservation was booked for my parents, but they were satisfied with it! Lida was an amazing host and her house was a great place to stay at. Her and her daughter were extremely responsive and they accommodated all the requests. The only small issue was that the kitchen was not 100% fully equipped with all necessities, but still it was a nice one! We totally recommend Lida and her stay :-)

Eleftheria’s place is absolutely lovely- it has everything you need, in particular the garden is beautiful. It’s quiet, but also perfectly located close to beaches and shops. The private parking space is also a big plus so definitely recommend as having a car is very helpful. Eleftheria was incredibly helpful, and gave us some great recommendations for places to go. Can’t recommend this place more for a stay in Albania, thank you!

We had wonderful days at the apartment of Hatixhe. It was very cozy and the Terrasse was beautiful with plants :) everything we needed was there . We felt like home :) our highlight were the cats around, all were very cute :) Hatixhe is a very friendly person and we would love to stay there again :)

We stayed here for 16 days beginning of September 2024. Fabio and his family was a fantastic host helping us with anything we needed to ask about. They also told us about how it is to live in Albania. The apartment was very good and had all the tings we needed and is located 3 min walking distance from the beach and the promenade, where all the restaurents are. I and my family picked this location as it was in a good location, very private and very affordable. The house was very clean, with all necessary amenities. Host was very responsive and helpful.. The locations was easy to find due signs and check in was very straightforward. Thank you for sharing your lovely house!

Great stay at this house. The terrace is very pleasant and overlooks a nice quiet beach: you almost have your feet in the water! The location is perfect for discovering the North coast of Corfu: Kassiopi is nearby and full of restaurants and our host provided us with very good recommendations for walks, places to see and activities. We'll be back with pleasure:)

Great stay in Sarandë! The apartment is well located, cozy, and very clean. Our host was incredibly warm and welcoming — we truly felt like part of the family. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the area. Highly recommended!

We stayed 6 nights in this lovely apartment. Lia received us extremely hospitably and made sure that we lacked nothing. Halfway through our stay, we received new towels and bedding, very nice! The kitchen is basically equipped to prepare some basic things yourself. Do not expect to cook extensive meals, the restaurants in the area are too good for that😁. The apartment is in a quiet part of Ksamil and a 10-minute drive away you will find Laguna Beach which is a lot quieter than the bays in Ksamil itself (recommended!). Thanks again!

Simply wonderful! There were enough utensils in the kitchen, the house was very clean and the view from our balcony was wonderful. The location of the house was so good that everything was within walking distance, we didn't even have to take our car out properly. Having a parking lot was also a plus. The only problem was the lack of a hair dryer, but that was not a minus for us.

This location is quite close to the center and has direct sea views. We went in the late season (early November). It was therefore very quiet. There are some beach clubs directly on the coast, but we have not been bothered by this due to closure.

Everything was great with the location of the house, the view and the magnificent hosting of Artiol.. It was a very peaceful apartment that I would like to stay in again. The view was magnificent, the apartment was very spacious and very clean. Thank you again for everything:)

We were satisfied with hospitality from Gregory and his mother. We felt at home. I definitely recommend staying there to anyone.

The place was very pleasant. There were four of us there, but we could easily have slept comfortably as six. The two bathrooms were particularly advantageous. Communication with Muza also went smoothly, he was quick and easy to reach. The location is also great: only five minutes to the beach promenade. We are completely satisfied!

The apartment is a lovely decorated cabin within perfect walking distance to the center of saranda and its promenade. The last few meters are a bit challenging with a car because of the steep and narrow streets but the hosts provided us with helpful information on how to find it and the check in was very fast, so we immediately felt home. What was really outstanding is the hospitality of Genci and Linda. When we had a problem with our rental car the helped us organizing a solution in the city, cheered us up and even shared food and raki, leading us to have some good laughs together. This is a really special place and I can not recommend it enough
