Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. Our cozy apartment with fireplace has a fantastic view on the glacier and is in a quite corner of Klosters. The Gotschna Gondola is 7 walking minutes away, as are all the restaurants and shops. The 100m2 are set up to give a spacious feeling the the high ceiling (see the charming beams?) and the combined living and dining room. The 3 bedrooms allow even bigger families or you may want to take friends along. read details carefully: its on the 3rd floor & one bedroom is small (great for kids)

The large balcony, as well as the chill-out barbecue garden, which is for your exclusive use, invites you to linger, whether after a ski tour in winter, a great hike or a magnificent bike day in summer. Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
