Measuring 67 square meters (721 square feet), it offers ample space for 2 people and is located on the upper floor of our house, with a separate entrance, on a quiet residential street. Our guest terrace with a beach chair invites you to relax. The apartment is surrounded by greenery but also centrally located, about a 10–15-minute drive from Lübeck and the Baltic Sea, including the seaside resorts of Travemünde and Timmendorfer Strand. The train station and bus stop are about a 10-minute walk away.

After lovingly detailed renovation, 6 apartments in the style of terraced houses have been created. The front apartment 2 sleeps 5 people. The fenced terrace and luxurious modern full furnishings combined with antique elements create an extraordinary feel-good ambience.
