Our farm is located in a quiet, sunny location in Hart at about 800 m above sea level. The apartment has four double bedrooms with shower, toilet and balcony. A large kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric stove with oven, coffee maker, kettle, satellite TV and radio. It is a completely closed floor. Linens, towels and dish towels are also provided. In-house products such as Kaminwurzen [smoked sausage], Cabanossie [smoked sausage], Bauerspeck [farmer's bacon], eggs, fresh milk and various schnapps are offered.

Himmelschlüssel Apartment

Ski in, ski out! There is no better way to describe this beautiful, detached apartment house with 2 apartments directly on the ski slope of Kirchberg. In the morning, directly on the slopes, without a ski bus or waiting in line - fantastic! The apartment building is located on the slope to the Fleckalmbahn. The house was built in 2018 and furnished according to the latest standards. Both apartments have a separate terrace. Ski storage or storage room is available directly in the same building.

The farm is situated in a quiet, secluded location. On the farm there are only two apartments and also a few Icelandic horses and sheep have their home here. Here you can relax and enjoy your vacation, whether in winter with the countless winter sports possibilities or in summer with numerous hiking possibilities and swimming lakes. The Ski World can be reached in 2 minutes by car, or you can walk 400 meters on foot and start your ski day directly on the slope.

Winter: The ski areas Alpbach (20 min), Wilder Kaiser (25 min), and Zillertal (30 min) are quickly reachable by car – a new snow adventure awaits every day! Only travell by car, no public transport available!

Kaiserhaus Harald Astner Ebbs Studio 1

Enjoy beautiful days in the Kaiserhaus with garden & wonderful views of the mountains. A 200-year-old wooden house was demolished nearby and rebuilt next to my house. The new (old) wooden house was restored very ecologically and up to date. This studio was almost exclusively lined with old & new wood - you can still see the old craftsmanship. Nevertheless, modern features such as a projector and Alexa voice control are also built in. Parking is available.

Apartment on the 2nd floor of a Tyrolean farmhouse (approx. 50 m²) for 4 people with magnificent views of the "Wilder Kaiser," the Kitzbühel Alps and much more. It is quietly located at 1000 m above sea level at the edge of the forest, and yet you are in Kitzbühel and the surrounding area in 20 minutes. Starting point for hikes, mountain bike tours, and 5 minutes from the ski slope. Parking is available. The farm is home to alpacas and two cats.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. We are located at the entrance of the Zillertal and are a good starting point for cycling tours. Lake Achensee is about 10 minutes by car or by the Achensee railway, which is also within walking distance of Jenbach station in about 15 minutes (1.3 km), as well as the Zillertalbahn. There are also good inns and shopping nearby. Innsbruck is easily accessible by car or train.

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

Enjoy an unforgettable stay in my cabin renovated with a lot of love! Kitchen renovated in February 2026!! For me, it's always a break from everyday life where I can switch off and enjoy nature! Dogs are welcome! The cabin is fenced. Right outside the door, you can walk just around the corner into the forest or to Berglsteiner See in 5 minutes! For skiing, you can go to Wildschönau (25 minutes), Alpbachtal (20 minutes), or Zillertal....

Kastnhäusl Wildschönau - rustic hut with mountain views

High up in the Wildschönau away from the hustle and bustle is our rustic Kastnhäusl at almost 1100 m. Completely renovated inside, up to 5 people can stay with us in the cottage on approx. 70 square meters, cook or barbecue together and in the evening sit comfortably by the stove or enjoy the best view on the large sun terrace.
